The beer was good and the atmosphere fun if you don't mind waiting for a table. But I did not get the hype about the food. It was overpriced and not great. The staff was very friendly but I think in the long run there were much better restaurants in town. If you just want to have a beer not... More

Well while in Alaska we like to visit the local hangouts not just tourist area. You really don't get the true feeling unless you visit where the locals eat, visit and hang out. This was a great fine. Food was home cooking with local flare. Staff was on point. Only down fall was beer and wine only. Nippers in purse/coat... More

Stopped in for dinner and a beer. Food was very good. The beer was ok - I have tasted better in Alaska. Great location, good service - a recommended stop in Seward.

Had dinner here during our couple of days in Seward. Good, reliable brew pub food with something for just about everyone. They did have a kids menu (so Mac and cheese all around for our three little ones). Our 10-year-old chose a burger from the main menu. They can be busy at times - we went on the early side... More

Went at both low and high season. Each visit we had good food and quick service. Had the grilled cheese on a multi-grain bread that could have fed two people. Soups all around were delicious and homemade tasting. Next time will try the beer.

My wife and I ate here our first night in Seward since it was close to our hotel. We had been snacking throughout the day and weren't starving so we decided to just split a bowl of their "chowda" and a pretzel. The pretzel was nothing amazing but good with the cheese dip. The "chowda" was very good, rich and... More

We sat at the bar and had a few samples then I settled on the Farmer's Ale which was excellent. We weren't very hungry and were trying to decide between the Chowdah and the Halibut Curry to share - the waitstaff said, those are about the best on the menu - so we got both and both were excellent. The... More

We only stopped in for drinks but were really happy with the selection of tasty microbrews. The restaurant was crowded and it was a fun, lively atmosphere
