We had burgers and beers on a Tuesday night. The burgers were pretty good, and the fries were delicious. But the beer was phenomenal. We had the hefeweizen, it was fragrant and delicious. Service was good as well, but the place was empty.

Myself and my wife stopped in for a cold beer and lunch. I ordered a glass of brew and the glass, bar and floors where nasty.

I first tried Gordon Biersch Brewery (right across the street from Harrahs Casino years ago on their opening day. They offer a great selection of locally brewed beers, an excellent menu of traditional American foods and reasonable (for New Orleans) prices. If you are a...More

A bit of a wait and restaurant was not full. Food was very tasty and enjoyable atmosphere. If you are military ask for discount, we found out later that they have some sort of card for discount per person, wish our waiter had told us.

Visited out of convenience as it was right by convention center. Food was not spectacular but good. Beer was ok nothing great but then again my tastes run in a different direction. I would visit again.

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you
away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts

We had no problem finding cabs. Especially near the entrances to the larger properties (Hotels, Casino).
