A nice bakery with breakfast and sandwiches. Busy but line moved quickly. We had an egg and cheese croissant and avocado toast. Both were fresh and good. Menu is rather limited.

We’ve been to NO 4 times and on the last 3 trips visited this bakery. Great breakfast—ham and cheese croissants, sausage kolache’s (Spicey), chocolate croissants, loaves of bread, sweet pastry’s, sandwiches, breakfast items. You cannot go wrong. I will return to this bakery every time...More

Selection is great. Delicious! We had the strawberry tart ($4.00) and a chocolate croissant (3.25). We will definitely be coming back with our kids. Prices are better than similar bakeries in Houston.

This is easily the best bakery I've ever been to. Everything looked beautiful, and the cinnamon roll had the perfect amount of carmelized crunch surrounding the edges. We even considered buying up loaves of bread just for the two day drive home!

Nice fresh pastries, good coffee and not expensive. Bus down Magazine St on the way to Audubon Park.

Surly servers, terrific culinary aesthetics, petite portions, and a long line that does not affect the staff’s pace. This bakery epitomizes nearly every traditional French stereotype Americans harbor. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I suppose.

Very much their own self sufficient unit within the
greater metro area, Uptown and Carrollton tone down

The pastries such as the chocolate croissant and apple pecan turnover range from $3-$4. And well worth it! Quiche, ham and cheese pretzel, etc around $5. Their sandwiches are all around $9-10. Their fresh baked bread can... More
