We went to Snug three times on our recent 3-week visit. Hubby and I had ribeye and salmon twice and they were fabulous. A 3-generation family dinner for 8 went perfectly. The service was impeccable! Best fried mushrooms anywhere!!!

We ate here on our third night in NOLA at the recommendation of the bartender next door at d.b.a. We should have done our own homework like for the other restaurants we tried. The food wasn't bad, but not nearly as good as all the other meals we had. What really set this place apart was the service. The ONE... More

Definitely worth a visit. The Jazz will bring you in and the burger will leave you happy. Old school atmosphere and always strong musicians.

Our family of 5 (3 teens) came here for dinner and the jazz show. Dinner and service was very good, although a bit pricey - gumbo soup, hamburgers, rib eye steak and bread pudding were all excellent; BBQ shrimp, filet mignon and pecan pie were just ok. Highlight was definitely the 90min jazz show - saw a great young quartet...WOW!

Had dinner before the 8pm show. The food was okay...reasonable..nothing exciting. The Charmaine Neville show was absolutely wonderful though. Highly recommend it!

We eat here ahead of our visit to the jazz club. Interesting menu, great staff. Food was plentiful and not and we'll served. Couldn't fault it.

Dinner was good. Jazz club intimate venue 80 max. We got to see the Bridge trio. 3 local boys "made good". They have written their own music and I am not a jazz expert however they had me mesmerised. It was a lovely set to listen to.

Great burger and derive but a little expensive for a burger. The drinks were also a little steep in price.

My husband and I both had a burger, which were advertised as having won an award, and I believe it. Later on we mentioned to a restaurant owner/friend where we had eaten, and were immediately asked if we had a burger, as they were best in town, praise indeed! It was very large and was also accompanied by a jacket... More
