This place is hidden in an alley not even on most maps. The street sign saying Pirates Alley had been recently stolen when I came, making it even harder to find. Came here to try absinthe. They have 4 different brands and I tried two....More

I cannot tell you how often in our time both living in and visiting the French Quarter over the past 18 years, that we've walked past this place and never knew what was inside! I always thought it was a little lemonade/sandwich shop, so mostly...More

Way better than the absinthe bar on bourbon street. Served properly at half the cost. Best place in New Orleans for absinthe

The food here is delicious and the prices are reallyy reasonable. It is casual and the people who work there are extremely helpful in helping you decide what to eat.

It's kind of odd, a CAFE right next to a Cathedral. Anywho, the place is very OLD SCHOOL. you can either sit at the bar, or outside. It's a very comfortable environment where REAL ABSINTHE is served daily. Between the locals, tour groups and famous...More

Right near our time share. Interesting pieces for sale. Very nice art work and hand crafted jewelry.

Great drinks in an awesome setting. Outstanding margaritas and good cold beer. Absinthe served properly if that's your thing. Located on Pirate Alley behind the Cabildo and beside St. Louis Cathedral off Jackson Square. Check it out!

French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living
lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty
Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port
of call for folks in search of a good time and a great
story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs
across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied
around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively
well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the
