We had a nice quiet date night here. Loved the food (something different and unique from our norm) and the service was wonderful. Not too busy, it was perfect!

Jamilas Café is awesome! The restaurant is small and family owned and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food is amazing and is mostly cooked my Jamila herself! Very typical Tunisian couscous dishes and meats and also they have vegiterian options. Walking distance to many...More

Jamila's serves Tunisian food, which is excellent. This is owned by a family. The wife cooks. The husband works the dining room and is very charming and gracious. It is a small restaurant in Uptown New Orleans and is a fun, and delicious experience.
