Great venue and professional staff. Very accommodating and helpful. All entrees -steak,shrimp, pasta and goat were perfect. Deserts to die for. Best homemade ice cream in town. Outside dining available. Handy to business, warehouse districts and uptown.

I usually wind up at Herbsaint for lunch at least once each trip to the city. I wasn’t disappointed this trip. It was every bit as good as I remember. The gumbo is alway a great choice as are the fried oysters. I highly recommend...More

I went with a group of friends to celebrate one of our friends birthday's. We loved all the food and felt very attended to by the staff. A good choice for a special occasion.

Our dinner at Herbsaint was good. The service was good. The food was good. The price was expensive. Overall, we had no complaints, but there wasn’t anything exceptional either.

Off the beaten path in New Orleans but so worth it. Cocktails, food and service were all excellent in a small, charming old-house restaurant, with well-spaced tables for quiet conversation. Recommend the gumbo and goat (!). Definitely reserve in advance.

Herbsaint is always a must for us on our visits to NOLA. The atmosphere is jolly and the room is lovely. The appetizer oysters and sauce were liked by everyone. The pompano special was pan fried perfectly and the accompaniments were delicious. Likewise the steak...More

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you
away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
