Herbsaint is without a doubt one of the Great Restaurants in New Orleans! We went today with our good friend Helen. The small plates are excellent like Gnocchi and pork cheek, baked Ashiago, and Cerrveche. Really good main courses such as Seorfish and Duck. Outstanding...More

Went to Herb Saint, where many New Orleanians go for a power lunch. Chef/Owner Donald Link and Chef de Cuisine David Rouse do not disappoint. The Cornmeal Crusted Catfish with Chilies and Green Rice was perhaps the best catfish I have ever eaten, and I...More

We had a terrific dinner here! I had the Crispy Goat, as recommended by our server. Wow! Outstanding! It was a chilly night in NOLA, and the food we was amazing comfort food. The whole table was happy. A couple others at the table had...More

Overpriced salty gumbo, 30 dollar raw chicken, the peas we're damn good. The chicken was recooked and sent back to the table after cooked.presentation excellent. Flavors well executed except for overly acidic salad. With so many excellent restaurants why bother.

We eat at Herbsaint every time we visit New Orleans, usually once or twice a year. We have been very pleased with this restaurant until now. It appears the quality has dropped and the food is excessively salty. I consider salt the "wood" of wine:...More

We had dinner one night while on a short trip to New Orleans, and this place came up when we looked for good restaurants. It didn't disappoint, the menu is really interesting, but varied enough that even picky eaters can find something. Everything we tried...More

The food here is amazing, an imaginative menu so hard to choose what to eat. A wide selection of wines and some good local beers. The location sets the scene, with streetcars passing along a street of old buildings. But by UK standards, this was...More

Lovely restaurant. Excellent cocktail and wine menu. We had 2 of the specialty craft cocktails which were delicious: Pimms and Mexican firing squad. They also offer pours of vintage wines which was an excellent choice to pair with our dinner. Menu has unique offerings and...More

This place was recommended to us by a local and it did not disappoint! Everything about it is cozy and fresh. Our server was knowledgeable, the sommelier helped us pick a lovely wine, and the food!!! My only regret is that I was too full...More

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you
away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
