The ambiance and service heighten the wonderfully decadent jazz brunch. We sampled most of the menu between the 7 of us and every dish was wonderful. The banana foster (not on the official menu) is a fun table side experience to watch.

Elegant restaurant with exceptional and friendly service. My wife had a mouth watering filet minion and I had the gulf fish with lump of crabs on top, delicious. Exactly what I expected and wanted for my wife’s birthday.

It's tempting to think that an establishment like this may be resting on its laurels (and tourists) -- but we found that they have justifiably earned the reputation they enjoy. It was a marvelous lunch in the Garden District, on a blustery winter's afternoon. We...More

Commander's Palace welcomes everyone but we do have a dress code. It's a festive atmosphere! Shorts are never allowed. Inventive modern New Orleans cooking coexists with our Haute Creole. Sense the team's professional grace clothed in the warmth of the Brennan Family's brand of hospitality. From your first sip of a Sazerac to your last crumb of bread pudding soufflé, we hope you are pampered and delighted...and go ahead be a little bad...that's what living in New Orleans is all about.
