Nothing irks me more than going to a restaurant like this, presumably a fine dining restaurant, and the server is rushing you out. She came up to our table and was already rushing us. I ordered a nice bottle of wine and she would pour...More

Everything was perfect - the bar/restaurant, the staff and most important the FOOD! This should be your #1 restaurant destination while in New Orleans.

I went to GW Fins last night for my birthday. I hadn't been in at least a decade, but wanted to go again. I was very disappointed. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't anything special. My Scalibut (scallop and halibut) came out with a very...More

Had dinner at GW Fins. Highly recommended, one of the best seafood meals i have ever tasted. Lobster dumplings and oysters were amazing, and the fishes were all cooked to absolute perfection, served by the very accomodating and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The food here was my standout for the city. My tuna had 3 different sauces somehow and all were excellent. Also Joe and the serving team were fantastic.

This was an amazing experience. The dining room was relaxed and beautiful. The service was outstanding and the food cooked to perfection. The lobster dumplings were the first I have had were you could actually taste the fresh lobster meat and the sauce did not...More

French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living
lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty

Description
Experience the cuisine that has created raving fans of local diners and national and local food critics alike. Chef Tenney Flynn (two time winner of "Chef of the Year" in New Orleans Magazine) ensures the highest quality seafood by flying in products from around the globe and featuring only the best from local waters - both at their seasonal peak. This commitment to freshness and variety are two of the many reasons GW Fins prints its menu daily and has received numerous glowing reviews in The Times-Picayune (4 beans), Food & Wine, Southern Living and Esquire magazines. We look forward to serving you soon so we may learn what you think.
