You don't have to be hung over to eat here but it is a wonderful greasy spoon. The hamburgers and fries are yummy. One must get a chocolate shake.

I have been going to the Camellia Grill for years. Small diner with very friendly service, reasonable prices and great comfort food. Breakfast is great as are the burgers.

For a casual diner-style meal (no alcohol), this is a good place. Very popular for breakfast, and lunch is fine. Nothing special, but well-done for its style.

The Grill is an interesting place to go for a good sized breakfast. It is counter service only and the wait staff is very energetic and attentive. The breakfast options are all good sized. My husband really liked the grits. You definitely will not walk...More

This was our first stop when we arrived in the Crescent City and I’m so glad it was! We had delicious omelets. The eggs were so fluffy. The gentlemen working in here were so much fun and very friendly.

If you're looking for the place where the locals eat, that would be The Grill. It's got a budget friendly price point, witty banter between the cooks and servers and all the friends who keep popping in for lunch, and the gumbo was just delicious....More

We visited for breakfast. Great atmosphere- our waiter Peanut was a real character and the food was exceptional. Pancakes and the house special omelette were truly delicious. This place is just off Jackson Square so conveniently located. We’ll certainly return

Small crowded local diner, but relax,ed, fun atmosphere with crazy cooking staff calling out "I LOVE BEING HERE" and doing the wave with customers around the diner bar. $4.95 Gumbo and $8 Bean and Rice with Hot Sausage were huge portions and DELICIOUS. My wife...More

across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied
around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively
well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the

Yes.... When you order you may ask them to minimize the spice/heat level. They adorn the drink with hot peppers. The Bloody Mary's are delicious.
