Eat here twice during our stay at the Waldorf Hotel. Food and service was excellent although the menu wasn't particularly extensive. You do need to book though.

So I'm not sure what else they can do for their guests: each day 2-7pm you get all pizzas for half price (delicious Neapolitan crust light and chewy, fresh tomato sauce) AND half price wines by the glass: I had a super Tuscan for HH...More

My husband and I tried the half price happy hour at the bar during a recent trip to New Orleans. We chose the Calabrese pizza and it was outstanding--super thin crust, fresh toppings, wonderful flavor! Beer was great too. We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon treat...More

Great food and atmosphere, I had some clams and asked for some pasta on the side to consume the the delusions sauce. 👍Conveniently located on the hotel. Can asked for more to have a good meal without walking far. 🌆

I had the squid ink pasta with shrimp. It was wonderful! This is a "small plate" which was perfect & left room for desert. This is not an intimate restaurant and the noise level could be more enjoyable but it's very busy, and very noisy.

We enjoyed our dinner, service was good and the food delicious. It was a little loud and it was convenient to the Roosevelt.

Most of the food was good, not great. Except the lasagne. That was great! Service was mediocre. Our waiter was not personable at all and made little effort to speak to us beyond taking our order. When we asked for a table (at 6:30), the...More

The ambiance was great. Our waiter was on spot also. There were no complaints with service. I had the lasagna, which may be the best that I have ever had. My family had the pizza which was very good. We had the cauliflower appetizer. I...More

The dipping olive oil is a bit spicy with the peppers soaking in it. The lasagna was outstanding but it can easily serve two. The osso buco was also tasty. The prices were very reasonable.

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you
away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts

Description
Domenica is a contemporary and inviting Italian restaurant that creates regional Italian dishes with southern and middle eastern influences. The cuisine combines Chef Alon Shaya's Israeli heritage and love of local ingredients with a menu that reflects his time spent cooking and living in the small towns of northern Italy.
