I was in town for a conference and Lucy's was on a list of recommendations that was given to us. I went with a friend for dinner one night. This is a nice little place. The service was excellent and the food was very good...More

It was an ok place to have a drink, get some food and chat with friends but nothing special. The drinks were tasty but quite small, and the fish and pork tacos were ok but again nothing special.

Located 7 blocks off of Canal Street away from the French Quarter. We go on Sunday before the game. Food is good and they have Bloody Marys & mimosa specials all day on game day.

First off, the nachos are fantastic! For two people it could be almost a meal! We added grilled shrimp and it's Simply Fabulous! Nice menu covering all the bases well. Personal service and attention to us is always a big plus! Drink offerings are imaginative....More

Delicious food, Ok service and decent price. It is a local bar so more appropriate for groups rather than solo.

Actually came here twice, it was that good. And to be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect at first. I had heard a lot about it, the one in NOLA. But when the one in Baton Rouge opened, it was kinda a bust. Worst...More

If you're looking for a locals beer joint this is it. New owners haven't changed much--sit in or outside. Quite informal attire.

I decided to eat here based on Trip Advisor reviews and the food did not disappoint. I had the fish tacos with black beans and rice. The avocado creama and the pineapple salad very tasty. However, the dish was cold and instead of two fish...More

Pro: it is a fun atmosphere with good food. Con: our server did admit that they just let go of a server that's why he had made some mistakes. He was super nice, but not only was part of our order wrong, all the food...More

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you
away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts

Yes, we love our furry friends! We even have a dog menu, all day every day. We're also hosting a "Yappy Hour" event tomorrow, Jan. 19 from 4-7pm... It's like Happy Hour for dogs. Hope to see you there!

WE stayed at the Hampton Inn Convention Center. Nice place, ask for a room in the original part of the building. They are bigger.
