A group of us recently stayed just near Warung Sobat. One hot day 2 of us enjoyed the best homemade lemonade, nasi goreng ala raja and a few ice cold Bintangs! Such a great little authentic setting! The staff were very attentive & extremely friendly! I think our whole bill was about 15-20 AUD. It was so good that our... More

We ate lunch here one day and unfortunately we did not have time to come back for seconds. The sate was beautiful as was the beef rendang. The staff were quick and efficient and it was a great place to sit and watch the goings on out on the street. The beers were cold too! When I am back in... More

Went here to eat with my wife and friends because of the recommondation by our host. Had daily special tuna curry as did my friend. The stake was definately not fresh but frozen and curry sauce tasted like one from market can. I felt a bid nauceous afterwards. I could only eat part of the portion. One point from cheap... More

People are friendly, food is good. Ate there twice and friends of mine three times. The food is all Indonesian but verrrry good. Staff is sometimes slow but very friendly. I recommend the spring rolls and the gaucamole salad as a starter, curry for main. They also have Hatten wine at reasonable prices.

Just up from where we are staying and impressed with outside appearance and an extensive menu we decided to lunch there . So from there on everything went downhill , we ordered soto ayam and Nasi goreng alla raja, pineapple juice and orange juice and a milkshake for the young one . The soto ayam was bland at best and... Seafood seems to be focus, but good size and value meals across the board. Lots of expats and some tourists eating here. also advertises some western food, but we all ate local.

I was here last year and ordered the pasta. The portion was massive and the taste was great for what I paid. They have local foods as well but I didnt try it. If you want to have good full filling meal with a good price, should totally come here.

Thank Dian P
