Fantastisch lekker gegeten! Very friendly staff and the best burger in a long time! Food was very fresh and the fruitjuice amazing!

We were so happy to find a place in Amed that caters to vegan and gluten free people! Their menu looked delicious, as well as included gluten free bread options, vegan food, salads and lots of juices. Juices seems to be their main thing to...be honest. We ordered two gluten free burgers which tasted good and were very generous in sizing. The gluten free bread was not so good, but that is rare so.. However, we' did visit this place three times and each time, we noticed the service lacked in basic education about their own menu. Each time asking about the menu, they didn't know what gluten free meant, which is strange as a lot in their menu is marked "gluten free". We had to have several people run inside and get other staff so they could understand. Their understanding was that gluten free meant vegan... They also served one of our drinks in a broken glass (I almost cut myself) and I saw the table next to us got their food in a broken bowl. When kindly just saying this to the staff, they didn't really react to it. The store inside was also lacking a bit in irregular pricing, where most stuff to be honest was ridiculously priced. One tiny soap bar for 75k and one ring made out of brass for 3,9 MILLION IDR?! This ring was openly placed in a box just by the entrance among other more cheap looking rings. And no one in the staff couldn't answer me what this pricey ring was made of... Why sell items that pricey with a staff that doesn't know anything about their own products? Also, they charged us wrong when paying at the cashier, two out of our three times visiting. So, overall, it's a nice place and the food is definitely good! However, their pricing is a little bit off (both on food and all else) and they really need to educate/train their staff if they claim to be a "healthy" restaurant. Other than that, it's nice and you have a nice view of the volcano :-) And free water, which is always a huge plus!More
