We came here for sunset and dinner. The upstairs dining area has 8 tables and a nice view of the mountains behind. The welcome drink was lovely but service then took a nose dive as we ordered tempe and seafood salad. This arrived but we...were then told to eat slowly as our duck would take a while. No problem as we ordered some more drinks and devoured the appetizer. A few other folks joined 3 tables and made their orders, however when their mains started to arrive and ours didnt, then something was up. Eventually after 40 minutes, our ducks arrived. they were fairly small, slightly crispy and rather skinny. we really wanted to enjoy the duck which we did but it wasnt spectacular or memorable. Just a skinny half duck with not much meat. We decided not to order dessert as it was fairly limited to pancakes, ice cream or pisang goreng. Price was similar to other duck joints but from experience the taste wasnt quite similar to Ubud ducks. By all means stop off to eat but keep expectation in check.More

What a great place to dine. We did a bike tour through East Bali bike tours (which we loved) and the tour finished up here. What a nice surprise. The food and service was very good and I loved the view from the top floor. Probably...our best authentic dinning experience in our 2 weeks in Bali.More

What’s unusual about this restaurant is that from the top floor, you get spectacular views of the mountain range that surrounds Amed. On September evenings it can be quite cool. The menu is extensive and well priced. As with most of Amed’s Restaurants, the satay...is delish, here the chicken wrapped is outstanding. Service is friendly. Recommended.More

Nice cookers in the kitchen. We went 3 times in this restaurant. At each time it was very good. Just one thing to improve: the efficiency of the service. But they are very kind.

Great views west down the valley from the first floor. This restaurant has quite a good menu but the ducks here are quite scrawny. The baked eggplant and Tempe dishes were outstanding as was the banana wrapped chicken. Prices very reasonable. Recommended.

The food here is lovely, and well presented. The staff are very friendly, and it’s lovely sitting upstairs with a view over the mountain. It’s on the main road, which many cafes and restaurants are, in Amed area. Some people don’t like that, but for...us, it’s interesting to observe the local life, especially as this restaurant looks back onto the local roads up to the mountains.More

We loved the young man who attended to us and then also cooked the food - which was delicious. The upstairs section had a lovely view up the valley and due to its elevated position also had a lovely cool breeze. Highly recommend. One of...our party had the hot duck and said it was delicious. The veggie offerings also v. Good.More
