4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed yesterday NEW

If you're looking for a special meal, and I you have, say 100 dollars or so to spend, then I would recommend this dining experience; especially for couples. It's very easygoing, the lighting is subdued, and it's not rushed like some places. Our waiter, Jonathan enhanced our experiences with his gracious approach. The meal was served in courses, and it... Please understand that the melting pot is a fondue restaurant. You will be "cooking" your entree as is customary of fondue. We usually visit one every six months or so because it is quite pricy, but it is well worth every penny. Our last visit was ordered the Wisconsin Cheddar cheese which was served with a variety of breads, raw... More

Great place. Very good atmosphere. The 4 course meal is the way to go. This is a great place to go if you want a romantic dinner with your better half.

The only reason to go again would be the chocolate dessert fondue. Not a fan of cooking my own food. No flavor to the meat, you're just boiling it. Waitress was scarce most of the time. Quite expensive & did not enjoy the concept or experience.

While I love how different this place is and how fun it is to dip all the things they give you, it really isn't a meal. This place would be great for snacks or a little pre-meal. I've tried the cheese, meats, and chocolate. I loved the cheese with the artesian meats/cheeses and the chocolate. I disliked the meats because... More

My wife and I went in for dessert Wednesday. The dessert was great, but the service was sketchy. Melting Pot was not that busy.

Excellent food and service. We had the fruit, bread and veggie fondues. We all shared and dipped together... Fun for little ones, too! Our grandkids loved it!

Been to them before in other locations. This one was no different. Server very attentive and knowledgeable and it came with a high price tag. Be prepared to pay a lot for cheese. Got lucky with a window seat. Restaurant was cold that day is only downside.

This was a must with my family. We get just the cheese and desserts. Awesome waitress that was professional but also joked around with us. She was a pleasure to have as a waitress. We will definitely be back.

We ate here on Dec. 10th. The day they opened back up after the wild fires that Closed Gatlinburg for 2 weeks. The people seemed happy to be able to be working and they were doing everything they could to make sure not only us but everyone that came in was having a great time and service. The food was...
