My family and I visit the Village Cafe every time we are in town (about 8 times a year). We love the smoothies. My kids enjoy them so much. The owners are the greatest. They even know our order. If you are in town, be sure to visit them. You won't be sorry. All of the things we have tried... More

First off the owners were working it which is an A+ in my book, it says something about a place when they care enough to do it theirselves to insure the best goes out the door. And that's exactly what We got from here THE BEST coffee we have ever had, starbucks(which used to be my favorite) can move on... More

"Wow!" What a compliment. We believe that in order for a business to be successfull the owners do need to make a presence. We feel we represent the shop, and the shop represents us. We make a point to serve a good product and make the customers happy. Thank you and Look forward to seeing you again. More

While my husband and I were in Gatlinburg celebrating our wedding anniversary at the end of March, we stumbled upon Village Cafe and Creamery! Wonderful vanilla latte and my husband had a cup of cider. Since it was starting to get warmer weather, this was their last batch of cider until fall. The shop was homey and clean and the... More

We ordered 3 lemonade slushies, a cherry slushie, and a Dr. Pepper slushie. The only one that was good was the cherry because it was Sprite with cherry syrup in it, which made it sweet. The lemonades were just Minute Maid lemonade fountain drinks blended with ice, which just watered them down, same for the Dr. Pepper. It cost $16... More

We are so sorry that you thought our Slushies were not up to par. We understand that most people are used to the "Gas Station" or Commercialized Product that you can recieve anywhere. We take great pride in our products and make them fresh. The Last thing we want to do is offer a commercialized product that you can get... More

We stumbled upon this small business our first night in town, and we went every day of our trip. The Villages is tucked away but it is great shopping all around. The flavored coffees and hot chocolates were our favorites. Our second night, my husband and son arrived just after closing, and they were very gracious in opening up for... More

My husband and I stopped in for coffee. Speedy service and a really polite staff! Greatest coffee I've had in a while. Needed no cream or sugar! Will be returning on our next visit.

My girlfriend and I were enjoying a lazy weekend in March, and happened along the Village Cafe' and Creamery in The Village Shops, which was not easy to find (start at the Subway across from the Aquarium and keep walking that side of the street for about 500 feet; they are in the Village Crescent, nestled between the shops at... We were looking for lunch, but the Mocha offered by this little ice cream shop was enough to get us through. Wish they had an inside table. The place is really small, but pristine clean and very friendly. Pricey...but that's Gatlinberg! Purity ice cream? Don't recognize the brand, but will try it sometime. A bit hard to find tucked in...
