This restaurant is a landmark and has been in operation for a long time. If you like mashed potatoes and gravy, tasty meat variety, great deserts then this is your place. Good service, fun quiet atmosphere, a throwback in time with great tasty food.

Food and service was excellent in this cafe. Their cooked in house dinner rolls were delicious - my family is still talking about them. Would definitely go their again. Just to let you know they do not serve alcohol.
Returning from a trip, we were glad to find the idle isle cafe. Relaxing stop w great burgers and a FANTASTIC strawberry shake.
