We had a nice dinner here, and a simple "good" would be more accurate than a "very good". The food and service were good. The staff people were efficient. The restaurant is a downtown and a short walk from the Palace Hotel for people staying...More

The chiles rellenos dinner was exceptional and the margaritas were even better! Will definitely eat here again.

Best Mexican food this side of the border. Salsa is delicious something we all go buy bags and cups of to party at our own will. Best beef tacos ever.

Jalisco's has been a staple of Siver City, NM for many years and it is always a special treat whenever we're in town. This trip was no exception. We sampled the chicken and shredded beef tacos dorados which were delicious and stayed crispy. Creme Broulé...More

This is a nice Mexican place in the old part of town. There were plenty of locals there which is always a good sign. The service was ok, they were pretty busy. The food was good, representative fare available through the southwest. I would have...More

Went here for lunch. Discovered that the green Chile is made with a base of cream of mushroom soup (canned)! How authentic is that? I had the tortilla soup, which also appeared to have started as canned vegetable soup—Chicken was cubed and there was no...More

We thought it was so-so. There was nothing absolutely outstanding. We probably won’t go back. The hot sauce was the usual you get anywhere. The enchiladas were the best thing we tried there.

Authentic New Mexican to the core. The red and green are were both very, very good as in there is some serious heat. Not tourist chile at all. The service was excellent and the dining area is spacious and comfortable. The menu is quite extensive...More

Sorry, I’m not a vegetarian and didn’t ask. They can put Chile to the side on all dishes and they do have stuff on the menu such as bean and cheese burritos and tostadas.

Hello! The name of the restaurant comes from my great great grandmother being from Jalisco Mexico. The goal was never to make true Mexican food like you would find in Mexico. It was just to make good food and have an... More
