This place is such a popular spot and the only reason I can figure out why is that it is a little cheaper than the other places and it has a cool atmosphere. Everytime I have gone to Joya, I have to wait over an hour. The last time I went, the guy told us 30 minutes for a party... More

Best Thai food ever. Huge selection on the menu. Their spring rolls were crisp and tender with an amazing plum sauce (summer rolls also yummy, with a different tasty sauce). Everyone in our group was very pleased with their choices, and we even found an entree my husband was happy to eat, and he's a picky eater who doesn't like... More

The atmosphere is quaint however the price is a bit high for the amount of food you get. The food in itself is a mus try, since you will not be disappointed. The service is a bit slow so expect to wait some time for your order to be taken, along with your food to be delivered, so if you... More

Joya is one of my favorite places to visit whenever I go back to New York. The food is always fresh and flavorful. If you go on the weekend it can be crowded and you will surely have a wait, but it is very worth it. My husband went there with me for the first time two years ago, and... More

Realized as many times as I've eaten here, I've never left a review. Joya is a great place to eat great food. I've had the Shrimp Pad Thai, Pad See Yue, Woon Sen, Nuur Kraprow, and the Kang Masaman. All great choices. The Calamari and Chicken Curry Puffs are great choices for appetizers. The drinks are always good as well.... More

It's a very nice place and on a nice day they have a really nice but relatively small outdoor backyard to eat at. The service was very good. The food was pretty good. It was not the best but the place is also pretty moderately priced for a place that looks and feels like an expensive place. I highly recommend... More

I am often a picky eater and almost never go to Thai restaurants. My sisters love this place so we went recently and I truly enjoyed every bite (including appetizer, the special, dessert, the salad). Would totally recommend.

If you like Thai food then you have to go here! It was so good that we ate there 2 nights in a row! FANTASTIC! The Pad Thai is awesome, the spicer noodles beyond compare. It is small and there was a 30-45 minute wait each time, but worth it! And the price!!! Fed 6 people here with tip and... More

Many people enjoy Joya's urban decor and club-like atmosphere, but we always come back for the food! Relatively inexpensive, it is the best thai food we've ever tasted.

We stayed in Brooklyn for a week at a friend's apartment around Borough Hall and found this small but very well appointed Thai restaurant a few blocks away. I'm a Pad Thai aficionado, I order it everywhere, there's was ggod, not the best but well prepared. I also ordered the Kang Panang Gai and OMG, was the best ever!! If... More
