After a late Thursday evening visit to the Brooklyn Museum the two of us wanted a place to rest, drink and eat. We actually stumbled across Tooker Alley (and it's as narrow as an alley) when our other choice was closed. Sometimes travel surprises take you right into the community. This is not a tourist place. I expected to see... More

Came here with long time friends, one of which was friends with the owner here. The owner Del, was a character who spun some great tales. The young server and bartender staff was top notch. Interesting cocktail menu. We did not eat any of the limited bar food.

Tooker Alley features a variety of hand crafted cocktails in a dark lounge that fills quickly up. Live jazz music on some nights. The cocktails are well crafted and tasty. Prices are on the high side but still slightly lower than comparable haunts on Manhattan.

I've never spent $14 for a cocktail before but then, never had one so good-a manhattan made the right way: rye whiskey, and UP!

Went here with a small group. The place was not full and the inept staff took forever to get us a drink, it was wrong. Appetizer was cold - wrong. Lost our credit card. All while the owner Del Pedro was offering free shots to his friends and openly boozing it up. Del Pedro has a great system for drinking... More

Excellent atmosphere, really good cocktails in a speakeasy type of atmosphere. The cocktail menu is large but contains some inventive pairings and flavorings. The service was good as well.

We went into this bar to catch a drink before dinner. At least 7 minutes passed before we were given a menu despite the fact that there were only a few other tables with customers. The menu was so complicated and overly descriptive, that I ordered a glass of wine. Two people in our group ordered drinks, and another person... More

I dont get to come here as much add I'd like, but when I do in pretty content. It's great if you get to chat with the owner, but even if not soaking in the ambiance is very satisfying. The cocktail menu is varied, and other drinks will be made if you describe what you line. The few bites I've... More
