The restaurant serves excellent pizzas. Two large ones are enough for 5 persons. The 31 USD Barberra d'Asti is execllent red wine. The service was very good. Even though there was a full seating and a long queue outside the waiter has time to chat...More

We ordered a few different pizzas, drinks, desserts and it was all fabulous! The kids loved it too. The place is small, and so we had to wait for a bit. We saw it was #1 pizza though, in Brooklyn. And we had to try...More

We were surprised at the hype for this lovely pizza restaurant and shocked to see a 45 minute waiting line on Friday night. We were greeted by one of the owners and made to feel right at home. The food was good, not great. There...More

Being Italian, and a purist pizza lover, I was delighted by the quality of Juliana's pizza. I had a simple Margherita (no need of extra frills if the ingredients are good). The mozzarella and tomato sauce were perfect, the dough was just as it should...More

This is the place to go for classic New York pizza. There is alway a line of people waiting to get into Juliana's. It is understandable. Juliana's is not a big restaurant. Although it is worth the wait, the trick is to go to the...More

We went midweek around 4pm, there were quite a few tables. That said they were all taken by the time we left (no later than 6pm) with a queue forming outside. We walked over the bridge by daylight and returned in the dark... More

Welcome to Juliana's, a New York-style pizzeria. Juliana's heralds the return of Patsy Grimaldi-not only to the NYC restaurant scene, but to the original location under the Brooklyn Bridge where he co-founded Grimaldi's Pizzeria with his late wife, Carol. Unbeknownst to many, Pat & Carol severed their affiliation with Grimaldi's in 1999 when they sold the business (along with the name). Even though they were no longer involved in the restaurant, they never lost their passion for serving truly great pizza. And so, with a desire to re-live a "dream come true", they have partnered with close friend and former guest Matthew Grogan to establish Juliana's, a neighborhood pizzeria, preparing and serving pies the way Patsy has for generations. Named in honor of Pat's mother, Maria 'Juliana' Lancieri, Juliana's occupies 19 Old Fulton Street, in the Fulton Ferry Historic District, in the building that was once home to Grimaldi's.
