About
With a picnic bench-laden dining room and a welcoming atmosphere, Roberta's serves classic Italian fare in its rustic eatery. For an appetizer, options like Roberta's fresh-baked bread with butter as well as cheese and meat plates are extremely fresh. Entrée items include the smoked ribs with honey vinegar and togarashi spice, the chicken liver orecchiette pasta and the heritage pork chop with smoked avocado, as well as a great variety of vegetarian dishes, like the salt-baked celery root with cashews. Roberta's pizzas are extremely popular with diners and are made with high-quality ingredients. Try the beastmaster with pork sausage, gorgonzola and jalapeno, or the simple yet exceptional rosso with oregano, garlic and tomato. Enhance the fun experience at Roberta's with a craft beer on draft or a cocktail, like the private dancer, with tequila and blood orange juice.
MICHELIN Bib Gourmand: Good quality, good value cooking
Entering through this (now) iconic red door is like a trip through the looking glass and into Bushwick’s foodie wonderland. The city’s love affair with Roberta’s seems stronger each year, and for good reason. Everything from the industrial space to the underground bohemian vibe epitomizes Brooklyn-chic. To begin, try the grilled baguettes covered in gigante beans and wilted dandelion green and topped with a soft poached egg before moving on to house-made bucatini tossed in a sungold tomato sauce. Of course, no visit is complete without one of their signature pies, and there's no going wrong with the famous original. Takeaway is always an option, so when the wait for a table is too long, snag a porchetta sandwich to go.

Roberta’s exudes a warm, rustic vibe that sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. We sampled four unique pizzas, and each one was a delight. The flavors were harmoniously balanced, the crust was impeccably crafted, and every bite radiated freshness.

Anyone who knows me would inform you that Im not exactly "hip and with it." But this place created that illusion for me. The atmosphere, complete with floor to ceiling graffiti and hipster waiters, made me feel as though I had stumbled upon a hidden treasure, only open to the coolest of the bunch. In fact, I spent so long taking selfies in their bathroom that I could hear customers complaining about me outside! Talk about recognition! Their pizza was delicious, thin, and artisanal. I ordered cucumbers as an appetizer and they delivered the sour flavor I was craving that day. Thank you Roberta's for a stellar lunch.

Robertas pizza is a true slice of heaven! The Bee Sting pizza is a mouthwatering revelation with the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The wood-fired crust is divine, and the innovative toppings are a delight. A must-visit spot in Brooklyn for any food enthusiast!

Small pizzeria that doesn't look like much in a pretty cool setting in the Brooklyn neighborhood. You have to go and order your pizzas inside, no waiters, you also have to go and collect your pizzas by yourself…..you eat with your fingers because there are no cutlery and at the end you pay a small salty bill….good ones Pizzas are good but far from the regulatory sizes in the States. I'm not advising, but just warning.

Hi all. I've been twice to this place. The first time I came for dinner, and honestly the pizza was very expensive to be in that área and we ordered a very básic one (16$). Also we went another day for drinks. Apparently they were closing and they didn't let us know. The waiter gave us a plastic cup without even ask or let us know that they were closing and he charged us 32$ for 3 beers in a plastic cup. Unbeliavable. I could understand this price in Manhattan but not in that place in the middle of nowhere. Not recomendable at all.

I am a Uber driver and I went this past weekend to pick up an order. First of all we are human being and just trying to make some extra money and for some this is there way of living. So now they put a sign on the window saying all delivery pick ups please stand outside. If it was summer time that is fine but it was one of the coldest days and some of us are on bike. When we get the order someone at the store had to press that the order was ready. When I got there they said 5 minutes, I went into another store and waited 10 minutes. I walked back over and they said another 5 minutes, the funny thing is the customer only ordered one pizza. At point I said it is cold out here and the guy going to say then cancel it with a rude attitude which was not call for, while he was inside being nice and warm. The staff at this location is very rude and disrespectful. They need to be trained on Customer Service, and without the uber, doordash, grubhub your business would not thriving as much. Especially during this pandemic, you would think people would be much nicer. I hope I never get another pick up from here.

We got there pretty late, we were a group of 5. They have various size of table - so a big group will have somewhere to sit. This is the only branch that has other type of food besides pizza. Pizzas were amazing. I like beesting the best. The cucumber salad was also good, besides that, the salad, pasta, and even dessert were somehow salty.

Honestly, we expected a lot considering the rating. For one pizza in particular, the crusts were burnt beyond beyond the point I'd considerable to salvage at home. The manager was casually disinterested in the fact a tap would disintegrate the blackened crust, though they did discount the pizza by a half. This is not Michelin star pizza however; it's not even a store bought cook at home standard unfortunately today. Beers good though.

This does not look like a Michelin star restaurant, but it is. This is primarily known as a pizza place, though it does have salads, Italian meats, and a burger I hear is pretty good. The vibe is laid back and the staff is made up of cool kids that don’t act too cool. I had the marinated cucumbers, so cool and refreshing. Cucumbers marinated in garlic, chili, breadcrumbs, and herbs. I then had the famous original pizza, which has tomatoes, mozzarella, parmigiano, caciocavallo, oregano, and chili. The pizza was delicious and had a kick to it. You could taste the fresh herbs and the crust was blistered just right without being burned. I had a few cocktails, which were fine, but they took a backseat to the food. I would definitely recommend this place, though if we are talking pizza only, and I had to choose between here and Frank Pinello’s Best Pizza, I would probably go with Best Pizza, also in Brooklyn. It just has a cool, gritty community vibe and you can buy by the slice. Frank did used to work at Roberta’s. If you want something a little hipper with a little more sophistication and variety outside of pizza, go with Roberta’s. Either way, I give Roberta’s five stars. And after you have a delicious lunch, explore the neighborhood and appreciate the street art.

The food is very good but the place is a zoo. Don't expect a quiet or even somewhat noisy experience -- it was insane. Loudest restaurant I've ever eaten at. Waiters and host offered no help.

My friends and I ordered five pizzas from Roberta's and we were blown away by how delicious they were. We got the Widowmaker, Cheesus Christ, and margherita pizzas. The toppings and thin crust were basically perfect. Highly recommended if you're in the Brooklyn area!

My daughter has been “bragging” about Roberta’s as her go-to pizza place. She’s hit the bullseyes on this one! We’re are small group of six so there were a lot of pizza to go around. This is our first time here and left it to our companions to order for everyone. We got the Bee Sting and the Beastmaster. These two made for a great lunch. The Bee Sting stings a bit and was totally out of this world. This is our first time to try this one and we were immediate fans. For more “bite”, the Beast Master gets one going for seconds. And thirds! The crowd is diverse. Many millennials and a few oldies (me!) made for a great group of diners. The service was “jumping”, the wait staff was on the ball and quick to react to the diners. This certainly will be on top of our list to visit when we go to New York next time around. Brooklyn is a diner’s heaven.

Delivery ordered with instructions to hand pizza to customer but it was left at the door downstairs. I am not able to go up down stairs easily so this was very frustrating. Order came within time expected and taste good. A little Luke warm. With top and delivery fee over $10. I should have had satisfaction.

I am a bit of a pizza connoisseur, every city i go to I try and find the best neapolitan pizza i can. I knew of Roberta"s from doing my own research. The entrance is through a phone box and the interior was very 90s, rustic and charming. The staff were friendly and accommodated us with a seat at the bar while we waited for our seats. The beer selection was good. The atmosphere was very relaxed. We were seated quickly and our pizzas arrived on time. The pizza is made in the true neapolitan way with fermented dough and fresh ingredients. I wouldn't be surprised if the flour, tomatoes or basil came from Italy. This was the second best pizza I have ever had, best being Dough Bros in Ireland. The price point was very reasonable.

Delicious pizza (and other things) both the classics like "pizza mozzerella" and also some funky changes on the tune, like the "lil' stinky pizza" but all good, baked fresh on a thin crust. Craft beer, soda pop and a friendly staff. We were there at lunch and even with a big table it was no problem to get a seat. Off the beaten track but worth the hunt to find it.
