Stumbled upon Amy's and were very glad we did. Very large portions of BBQ pork were excellent--all three of us had the same thing. Lots of space both inside and out, so you'll not feel crowded at all.

This place serves the best fried green tomatoes I've ever had! It's a rather small dining area, but they do have tables outside. I like it that my husband & I were seated in tall wood benches, and not regular chairs. There was a large...More

I've reviewed this place before. Nothings really changed, still a nice, comfortable place. Good food, not fancy. Today I had the chili, topped with onions and cheese, very nice. And a house salad with a very nice dressing, some sort of balsam vinaigrette but more...More

We like to give family owned restaurants & shops our business. As we drove down the main road looking for a place for dinner, I spotted "Amy's Riverside Cafe" down the steep street to the right. Jamie, our server was very friendly & we enjoyed...More

Tried Amy's for lunch on a sunny Friday. It has a nice outdoor patio. Food was decent but not great. Full bar but very limited draft beer selection if that is your preference. The servers are friendly. They have entertainment on Friday nights. There are...More

I've never been a fan of fried green tomatoes. Maybe it the texture of corn meal and the grease. But we tried them at Amy's and I couldn't stop eating them! Dipped in a batter much like that of fish and chips and served with...More

Ate here on a Sunday and the place was very busy. We ordered breakfast - eggs benedict and a breakfast sandwich. Hardly a drizzle of hollandaise sauce so we asked for more and the breakfast sandwich egg was rock hard. (I didn't complain or send...More

What a cute café!! Very historic and rustic. We had brunch and were very happy with our meal. The service is warm and friendly. They treat you like family. The chocolate chip pancakes were delicious and a very nice serving of bacon. I would love...More

We stopped in as a large group on a Sunday morning for breakfast. The place is nice looking, older and they did a good job decorating to keep the age-appeal of the building. The biggest issue we first noticed was the very limited menu. The...More
