Arrived today from London and had to wait 90 minutes to be able to check into my hotel. Asked for a coffee house at the hotel who directed me to Starbucks. Ignored that advice and went a few yards more to Peets. Friendly place and good coffee. My only complaint is that they are not able to toast bagels, and,... More

This Pete's is a local meeting place for business/arts type people. I'm one of them. If you are a tourist, and I often am, it's a great place to stop for coffee before touring the JFK house.

Pets beats the "starry-eyed" competition around the corner hands down. My favorite bean is the Sulawesi Kalosi. Free cup of coffee with a bag of beans is a nice touch.

This coffee shop is warm and friendly. The drink selections are thoughtfully prepared. This was a nice choice for relaxing over coffee after dinner in one of the neighborhood restaurants.

At the second stop, the staff knows exactly what you need. Best natural iced Tea. Never Long Queues, always nice People behind the bar.

It is sometimes difficult to find good European coffee in the USA... This is why Peet's place in Brookline is so different - we had excellent cups of coffee and cappuccino and a tasty croissant. However I suggest that the place install a microwave to heat up the croissants before serving them. Highly recommended place for coffee lovers!

Located right in the heart of Coolidge Corner, Peet's sees very high customer traffic, especially at peak hours. But their staff is never fazed -- always friendly, patient and efficient, regardless of how busy they are. Seating is a problem in busy periods -- many folks camp out indefinitely at the tables with their laptops. But the coffee is always... More

This Peet's has a friendly staff and always has good coffee. I regularly buy lattes and beans. The beans are always fresh so the coffee I brew at home is delicious.
