I could not believe that everything we tried was absolutely spot on: balanced flavor, beautiful presentation and just the right portions. The noise is a bit loud but tolerable, just part of the ambiance. The bar seating is separated from the inside dining and outside...More

On a pleasantly warm Friday night at the end of a work day I dined with colleagues. A relaxed and friendly atmosphere, combined with great food, perfect service and excellent company made for a memorable experience. The Tapas style menu is varied and extensive. We...More

This place is busy enough that it doesn't really need another good review, but I'm going to give it one anyway. Now, as my partner says, this is not a place for "cuisine" but for good food in a fun atmosphere. Even though very busy...More

Very nice place, we were six altogether, table was round and medium size, would have liked a bigger table, especially when the individual tapa plates came out, there was very little wiggle room. We ordered pretty much all the favorites, the tapa with bikini in...More

We enjoyed two delicious tapas while sitting outside on a gorgeous summer evening. Our server JEN was very attentive. The shrimp risotto was flavorful and rich. The spicy eggplant was the perfect compliment. Still hungary, we ordered the Branzino with potatoes and veggies. It was...More

Dinner at this restaurant was perfect for finishing a very good day. This restaurant was very noisy and crowded. But the food was very good. The staff,service,food,...all was perfect. Try this restaurant if you like dish as Espaniol.

Fantastic food, excellent hot bread, great service. Only complaint is that it is very loud inside the restaurant and you have to yell to hear each other at the table. I would highly recommend this place. Best Spanish style food in Boston area bar none.

Great Spanish tapas restaurant on Beacon St. in Brookline. Plenty of on street metered parking out front. Food was delicious and plentiful. Two couples ordered 5 tapas and the parrillada and it was more than enough food. The red sangria was authentic and delicious. The...More

Me and my wife had a dinner there. I ordered spicy eggplant and grilled salmon. Eggplant was very tasty. The only problem was some cheap supermarket peppers that they used with very thick skin. Normally, if I cook myself, I char broil it first and...More

Hi Alexander, I was so sorry to read that you did not enjoy the food here two weeks ago. We greatly appreciate your feedback, and we looked into the set up and pricing for all of the dishes you mentioned. After talking to our chef,...More

We sat outside and sampled 5 different tapas between two of us. The beets and feta were so fresh and the pistachio vinegarette was perfect. The chorizo with sweet and sour figs was to die for. The wait staff was very attentive and recommended two...More

Barcelona meets Brookline, and a sophisticated Boston neighborhood has a wine bar to call its own. A historic town located minutes from downtown Boston, Brookline is the perfect mixture of urban and country living. From large estates and recreational parks to boutiques and pedestrian-filled streets, Brookline offers a city atmosphere in a suburban setting. Located in Washington Square at 1700 Beacon Street, Barcelona is the newest addition to this lively neighborhood dining destination. A mix of antique wire glass, steel and reclaimed wood gives our newly built space a vintage appeal. The rustic, polished environment is the next best thing to eating tapas and drinking wine in our restaurant's namesake city. With hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and spacious patio, the space has a European charm which fills the menu as well.
