I was on a solo business trip in the Vancouver area and stayed at the Heathman. As I came in after a long day on the road, I heard to piano playing and thought a glass of wine and dinner would be nice. The place...More

Hudson's is our fail-safe, "go-to," favorite restaurant on the Vancouver side of the Columbia River. I can honestly say we have never had a bad meal here and their service is attentive, while not over-bearing. They offer consistently high-quality meals with fresh and interesting ingredients....More
The food was excellent we really enjoyed it The service was also excellent but it did slow done as it got more crowded. We were there on a Friday night so we expected it to ber busy.
We enjoyed an excellent meal with exceptional service at Hudson's! The restaurant, which is located within the Heathman Lodge, offers exceptional ambiance with the large fireplaces, historical tapestries, and log timbers for a true Northwest experience.More

Spent $152.00 on dinner for 2, while 3 TVs blasting across the room. Patrons wearing baseball hats while dining? Hard to enjoy crab cakes, and a nice ribeye with TVs. I will not be going back. One saving grace, our server was a gentleman.
I have eaten here several times over the past few years and I am never disappointed. Not the most affordable place in town, but worth the extra in my opinion.
