Had a nice shrimp salad at lunch on a Saturday. Music was loud, tea was good. Seats not very comfy but this place wants you to dine and move on. In a neighborhood in mid town Savannah but there is one in a touristy area...More

Sort of built in the entrance to a gym.... Nasty sort of ambiance.... At least the food here is not the normal fried, unhealthy stuff... Huge quantity of turkey "soup" - more like solid meat! Enormous salads..

Well now that's not a very nice thing to say. It looks like somebody's mother forgot to teach them some manners!

If you are looking for cheap eats and be on your way, then this is a good spot. I wasn't impressed with the food, and the service was slow.

Found Kayak Kafe on a Sunday while strolling downtown Savannah. Don't let the gym sign fool you. Service and food was good. Reasonably priced.

Not positive if the black eyed pea burger itself is gluten free, but other entrées are. Great pics of dishes on their website: eatkayak
