You would not be drawn into this place by the outside but the inside is very nice and comfy and quite comfortable with good lighting. My waiter was Chris and it was obvious the place has a very loyal following as two different tables knew...More

Troy’s Mediterranean Cuisine Growing up in Chicago and frequenting Greektown there, my husband and I are big fans of authentic Greek food. Troy’s Mediterranean Cuisine was a jewel of a find. Located in a strip mall, and with a fairly casual, non-descript ambience, the homemade...More

At first glance, you would run away from this restaurant. Don't. It might be in a strip mall but it is one of the best restaurants in Savannah. In a city where high fat, high carb southern cooking is primary, Troy's menu is far healthier.The...More

My first time going to Troy was the other night! Very clean restaurant and the food was awesome!! They were a little understaffed by our waitress was great! Everyone cleaned their plates that night! Wasn't too terribly expensive..

I have been looking for good Mediterranean food. We have tried another one in Savannah which we loved but the hours and location are not really family friendly. I read about Troys and surprised I had never even seen the shopping center before! The restaurant...More

Dined here recently. Pretty spot on--nothing fancy but helpful wait staff. Only complaints are $22 for a pitcher of Sangria seems a bit nuts and for a table of 6 a 20% service charge at a strip mall joint seems a bit much. One couple...More

As several other reviewers have mentioned, Troy does not have overwhelming curb appeal; in fact if you're zipping down Abercorn Street it's very possible you won't notice it at all. Let me assure you, it's worth looking for. The menu contains all the Greek standards...More

We eat halal meat only. From the outside, this is one of those restaurants that you may want to put the car in reverse and go find another place closer to Savannah. But--> the food was delicious, the interior of the restaurant was pleasant, the...More

A small restaurant in a small strip mall on a busy Savannah street. You'd miss it if you weren't looking for it which may be the reason for the flags on the curb in front. We've been to Troy many times with friends and the...More

Let me start off by saying, I mean this in no offensive way at all, but the greatest authentic restaurants tend the be a little sketchy looking from the outside. Go in!!!!!! It's so cute on the inside. Chris the server/manager was the sweetest guy...More

Description
Leave the ordinary behind and escape to the Mediterranean! Southside's newest and highly anticipated addition is Troy Mediterranean Cuisine. Located directly across from the Savannah Car Wash Detail Center is a little family owned restaurant that is poised to raise the bar for fine restaurants in Savannah. Once you step inside you are whisked away to the Mediterranean. The decor is tranquil and the atmosphere is peaceful. This is a great place to bring the family or that first date. Great care and detail goes into each entree and the presentation is food magazine quality. Since they are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, there is absolutely no excuse why you cannot dine here! If you are in a hurry, you can have your favorite entree(s) cooked to order and pick them up through their takeout area. Either way you owe it to yourself to escape to Troy!
