I had a beautiful birthday luncheon on the terrace. The staff could not have been more helpful. The eggplant appetizer was delicious and accompanied by a fresh cucumber salad. The luncheon buffet was good, and they even provided a champagne toast on the house. Everything...More

I found the Ambassador's Dining room through Trip Advisor, while visiting Johns Hopkins for a college tour. Not well signposted from the outside, but once you commit to entering the red-brick apartment building, you find the restaurant easily. This is a high-end Indian restaurant, set...More

Traditional Indian dishes, but also great mixed American/Indian fusions. Romantic, warm dining room. Last weekend, we had the raw tuna appetizer, lambs meatballs, Chilean Sea Bass and duck, none Indian per se, but all with Indian influences. each dish first rate: the duck had many...More

I've been here many times over the years, and the experiences have been good, overall. Most recently, I came with a party of five, although we'd booked for six (one person couldn't make it at the last minute). We all sat for about forty minutes...More

We felt very welcomed at reception and led to a lovely table by the charming fireplace. We asked for recommendations with our prefered flavor desires from our server and our dishes were spot on with spice dimensions and complexity. Wonderful service, meal and experience overall....More

The food was very good. We ate at the lunch buffet. Nice selection of Indian foods. Dessert of rice "pudding" and cake if you want it was good.
