Cute place, very comfy. Playing Billi Holiday, yay! Coffees were very good although pastry selwction qas a bit bare after lunch. Nice sandwich selection for the hungry. A large stack of kids books was a surprise although no kids during our weekend visit.

A wonderful cafe near the Walters Museum. We spend a rainy afternoon relaxing over high quality coffee and fresh baked goods. Quiet and friendly, the staff is capable and helpful. The menu is standard cafe food, including breakfast , lunch, and snacks. A real gem in the Mt. Vernon area.

This cafe is in a great building -- an old row house, perhaps? -- with large front window, comfortable chairs, also tables if you want to work there. I had a nice light meal and a caffeinated beverage.

Came here after my visit to the Walter Art Museum. The staff here is super nice and attentive. it's a great place to relax between tasks or to spend an afternoon to unwind.

Very disappointing for a jaded New Yorker. Capuccino mediocre; almond croissant was a plain croissant with doughnut icing and a smattering of almonds

Comfortable coffee shop in historic house with cozy courtyard in back. We enjoyed a flavorful ice green tea with lime wedge and an almond croissant. I noticed that a black bean burger and other sandwiches were also on the menu. Great place to relax, too!!!

I was in Baltimore last weekend and decided to grab an espresso one morning. Saw this place was w/in walking distance of our hotel. I fell in love w/the place the moment we walked in. The guys (I presume the owners) behind the counter were very friendly and knew their stuff when it came to coffee (they source their beans,... More

Located in the Mt. Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore, Koffee Therapy offers an oasis from the bustle outside. The coffeehouse has a relaxed feel, easy colors, interesting art on the walls, a comfortable sofa and easy chairs around a fireplace. The music is subtle and appropriate. There are also several tables with comfortable chairs. And the coffee is superb! Brewed expertly,... More

nice atmosphere, wifi and very pleasant staff. Have art to purchase and also serve lunch items although I just bought coffee. An easy walk from Mt. Vernon hotel and Beadazzled Jewelry shop.
