This is related to the Phillips brand of bay seasoning/crab cakes. Good location downtown. They have fried seafood platter, broiled seafood platter, a couple of shrimp dishes, lobster tails, crab cakes, salads and a good selection of soups and appetizers. This is a really large...More

I just stopped by for some New England Clam Chowder. As it was great last time I was there.... This time it was not up to par.... watery as opposed to creamy. I will probably go to the Phillips near me and not this one....More

We elected to eat outside. We had a large table with the whole family. Our waitress was wonderful. She gave us good advice on the best seafood. We all had some thing different. We all enjoyed everything...

I had an amazing meal in downtown Baltimore. Phillips seafood was incredibly good food. It was good family atmosphere. However, I believe the cost of the food was a little over the top but it was downtown Baltimore.

A good collection of excellent seafood and salads in a typical Baltimore style building. Service is nice and quick - however, the room is too large, not cosy and the decoration somehow feels "artificial". Prices are in the upper range compared to value. So, if...More

Phillips Seafood is a Baltimore classic (since 1917). Even though it looks old from the outside, the inside space is nice and warm without too much kitschy sea-themed decorations. We all ordered the crab cake entree (you have a choice of 2 or 4 cakes)...More

This was my husband's number one spot he wanted to eat, and it did not disappoint. They have an excellent happy hour, and Stephanie at the bar was amazing.

Fresh seafood, joyful atmosphere, friendly staffs and very convenient location in inner harbour. There are always lots of guests, so the service can be a little slow. If you stay in a hotel, make sure you check with the concierge - sometimes you can get...More

There was a sign on the door facing the street that said Valet parking, but no one was manning it. I'd call before you go

Classic Casual Dining: Phillips' new Baltimore location is an exciting and easy blend of vintage and modern, with a nod to the longstanding tradition of Phillips restaurants. Phillips at the Power Plant sits directly on the water, just a few steps away from the old Light Street Pavilion location, in the iconic renovated Power Plant industrial building. The innovative redesign of the interior by Carl Myers and Marcie DeLaRosa shows off gleaming, rich woods and jewel toned stained glass fixtures, distressed finishes and antiqued mirrors juxtaposed with a modern, open kitchen.
