We visited B&O for dinner after our son's Hopkins graduation ceremony. It turned out to be a great choice. When we arrived at 5:30 (with a reservation) our table was ready. Our waitress was excellent and provided helpful information about the menu items. I had the pork chop special, which was perfectly cooked. The collard greens I subbed for asparagus... More

Everyone enjoyed the hospitality and service provided by the staff at this very picturesque eatery. The drink special "Queen Bee" was tasty. The Crab and Asparagus salad was delicious and all four of us had a sample of it. I had the Brick Chicken with the Farro hoppin john which was seasoned very well (black eyed peas, a little too... Had a late dinner after an O's game... Very nice and relaxing... Wasn't impressed with the steak or the Martini, but still enjoyed my wine and overall experience. Very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, with a great staff... Cheers!

Had brunch here not bad but pretty pricey for an unremarkable brunch. So I'd probably skip it, rather spend the money elsewhere.

I enjoyed lunch while I was waiting for check in at the hotel. I had an amazingly good crabcake sandwich along with a cocktail & a pleasant chat with the couple seated at the table next to me. Nice spot, I will be back!!

Duccy- This is exactly the kind of experience we hope for our guests, I'm so glad! Thank you for the kind words about the crab cake sandwich, we Baltimoreans are pretty competitive about that dish so that's a compliment we truly relish. I sincerely hope you will join us again next time your travels bring you to downtown Baltimore, cheers!... More

We throughly enjoyed our visit to this place. We had great wine and food. My husband ordered the Wagyu Burger which he thought was fantastic. I had the crab cake which is the best I have ever eaten.

I recommend that you arrive during happy hour the atmosphere is oh so vibrant. If you can imaging being on the tarmac at BWI airport behind a jet taking off, this will give you an idea of the noise level of the various conversation taking place around you. A good time was being had by all. The cocktail menu to... More

dawwggboy10- I'm very happy to read you so enjoyed your visit during Happy Hour! It can definitely get pretty lively in the bar and lounge but we wouldn't have it any other way. I hope you'll be back for more good times and great cocktails very soon! Cheers, James Williams General Manager B&O American Brasserie More

The atmosphere is great--a little noisy during happy hour, but festive over all. I didn't have a reservation but was staying at a hotel close by and was seated immediately. The crab cake is my favorite with roasted Brussels Sprouts and a butternut squash sauce. The glass of wine recommended was exquisite--excellent service and a lovely meal.

This place is attached to a hotel which generally means they jack the price up because they know they'll get tired travelers who are willing to pay more not to walk. That being said, it was a touch pricey, but the food, service, and atmosphere were all well worth it. The pre meal bread was delicious, my steak was perfectly... More

Description
When you inherit a space as magical as the historic former Baltimore & Ohio Railroad headquarters, you've got to do it justice. We kept our building's most stunning architectural features intact while updating the space with contemporary design elements and nostalgic touches, like chairs and table lamps from original B&O dining cars. Our practices are distinctly 21st century, though, from selecting the best local produce at the farmer's market to serving cutting-edge craft cocktails to maintaining a steadfast commitment to sustainable business practices. If only train passengers from the early 1900s had it so good!
