My wife and I live in Utah and we have been to Astoria multiple times. This is a must for lunch. They only do Fish n Chips and as of the last time we were there it is cash only. There fish is amazing. I...More

$11 for 5 pcs of deep fried Tuna and French fries, very crunch beer batter coating and not grease at all. At 4pm, there were only 10 people lining up. 2 picnic tables for seating.

We eat here several times a year, and the food is always perfect. I don't like to eat fish, but this is an exception. They only do fish & chips, but do it well. The grease is regularly changed so the food does not have...More

I'm not even the biggest fan of fish and chips, mostly because it can be so greasy. I feel like it's a crap-shoot, sometimes it can be great and other times it's almost inedible. Well not here! It is worth the wait if there is...More

Even if there is a line, even if you stand in the rain, no matter what is going on this is a place you must visit. The fish and chips (the only thing on the menu) will wow you.

You can't miss the Bowpicker. Ordering your meal out of a beached boat is a blast. The fish and chips are fantastic. Unlike lots of fish and chip options they are no greasy and the fish was a good quality. This is a must visit...More

Best fish and chips available. Albacore tuna is fresh and wonderful. You stand in line. It's worth it. You get fish, fries, or fish and fries. It's all you need.

The oil smelled rancid when I was in line. Unfortunately all of the fish and chips tasted like that too. Way too much breading on the fish. Not good breading, either. Just bland and squishy. Steak fries out of a box. Nothing special here, but...More

Lots if quirky places in Astoria. Go to the place by maritime museum, it is an actual boat on land. Serves albacore tuna fish n chips, long lines at times. Ship inn has great food too.
