We searched for it only to find in closed up shop. We walked around for a hour to find it. When we did it was empty. Would give it a better review if it was not closed.
Recommended by hotel staff - said that had real good Philly cheesesteaks, but it was very pricey for the value and did not compare to cheesesteaks from Philly. Service was good.

Try the fries and read up a little on the namesake of this grill. A great place for a little lunch and some art shopping, if you like.

This is truely a fantastic establishment. While there check out the pictures on the wall, they were taken by the resturant owners great grandfather (I think),and show some of the horrors of post battle Gettysburg. The food is "American" and very tasty.
We took our two grandsons, ages 10 and 13 for lunch here....had a list of restaurants in the newspaper for Gettysburg and this is one that stood out because of cheesesteaks....10 year old got a burger and said was one of the best he ever...More
Great little place for breakfast and lunch. Absolutely loved the quesadilla with avocado and veggies. The portion was not at all skimpy, and the food tasted wonderful. Nice place for vegetarians.
