I loved this place. Went for a quick lunch and boy was it quick. We barely sat down when someone approached for ordering. Drinks (a yummy Vietnamese coffee) were delivered instantaneously. Without any exaggeration, the food was delivered 1.5 minutes after we ordered. I was initially confused and thought they brought the food to wrong table. It looked and tasted... More

Good food and probably best price on the area. Service on the other hand can be improved on. My family and I are weekly customers and orders almost the same every time. Yet, they still always forget an item - whether it was written down or not.

Summer rolls were good. Spring rolls were OK. My guest and I really enjoyed the pho. Broth was fragrant without being greasy. The tendon wasn't overly fatty and the tripe was very good. Waiters were friendly and right on us - no complaints. Very reasonable prices. As for the cleanliness of the place, it was kinda average for a Vietnamese... More

We go to Pho Ha every time we visit Philadelphia. There are no reservations so there can be a wait, but it is worth it. The number 1 is the perfect bowl of soup if you are nervous about weird things. But if you like fat and tripe, they have that, too.

Or, perhaps I ought to say salivating when thinking about my next visit. This place is FANTASTIC! The Pho is heavenly. It was so good, in fact, that I ordered 2 to go for dinner. What's better then Pho for lunch and dinner. Yum. Best Pho in Philly!

Stopped in here yesterday with family on a road trip to Philly. I got the Pho Tai, Chin Nac steak, brisket pho. It did not disappoint me either. The meat was tender and the noodles perfect. I added the bean sprouts, some Thai basil and a sliver of jalapeno. Simply delicious. No need for anything else as the small bowl... More

We got seated right away when we came into Pho Ha. The waitress came quickly to take our orders, and the Pho came out a few minutes later. My grilled chicken rice dish came out 15 minutes later. I was starving and was getting impatient when my plate finally arrived. I was a little disappointed though that my grilled chicken... More
