This is a spot that one must visit when in town, but this is also a great place to get your weekly food shopping done. Fair Food Farmstand was my go-to place every week for local meat, cheese, milk, eggs, and produce. Their is a great little spot called the Herbiary for essential oils, beeswax for making your own lotions,... More

You will be faced with many difficult choices, even if you know what you are looking for. Impossible choices if you dont. So much great food and fresh meats and produce. A must see place if you are in Philly.

I've never been to such an incredible market. I've now been three times during my trip to Philadelphia and I still feel like I haven't explored the entire area enough.

If you come to Philadelphia you have to visit Reading Terminal Market, you will find all your are looking for to eat in one place but is much more, butcher's for your special meat cuts, souvenirs, deserts (best donuts in town). This is a piece of history, don't forget to visit when you're in town.

This place is great for so many lunch choices, shopping and great Amish beef jerky!! Went to Pearls oyster bar and had fish tacos that where amazing!! This place is a must when in Philly but check the hours before you go, weekends I think close at 5 and I don't think it's open all week.

Great way to take a break from the flower show. Everyone can get what they want. Be prepared for crowds but it's worth it! The Thai curry was delicious and inexpensive. Wash it down with fresh coconut milk and top it off with any sweet treats you can imagine. Stop by the excellent book shop and pick up a cook... More

just all around fun people watching place. easy to get to from the convention center, i.e. right across the street as well as from the Hampton Inn. Wished that they had longer hours of operation. literally something for everyone. they do need more seating though!

This is an absolute MUST to see and enjoy! Open only until 6 PM, the market houses about 80 vendors now. From Wednesday through Saturday there are a group of Amish from Lancaster county who come in each day to bake, prepare, and sell some of the MOST delicious foods in the market. This place is truly amazing. The variety is out oaf this world. Try the Pennsylvania Dutch places yum yum. The fish looked very fresh. The cold cuts at another place were very tasty. Even the prepared foods from pizza naan bread pastas donuts cheeses were so good. Just don't go on days when there is some show at the convention... More
