Here for Sunday brunch. This place has been at this location since around the early 1990s. Very basic inside. Not well decorated. Probably could use a few improvements. As you walk in there are only a few tables. Makes you believe the restaurant is very...small. There’s another dining room for about 25 people, and an additional dining room upstairs. There’s a few tables outside under a canopy. Service was good. Our server was very nice. Spent a lot of time taking care of take out orders coming in. The food was good. Chips and salsa are served (the nacho chips were cold and not that fresh). I ordered the Huevos rancheros. It was very good. Small portion, served on a hard tortilla (not your typical Huevos rancheros). This place is byob. They have mixers available to make your favourite drinks, if you like. Overall, I did enjoy my time here. I would like to check it out for dinner to give a more balanced review.More

The service was good, the food came out in less than 30min from the time the order was placed. The salmon was delicious and so were the fajitas. The portions were more than I expected. Would 've loved to try the dessert but I was...stuffed. If I have a anything to add other than the above it would be for them to offer a substitute for patrons who choose not to have rice and beans.More

The environment of Las Cazuelas was fun, but too dimly lit. The guacamole was very good, but tacos were average. Stick to the traditional tacos and don't go too broad. We were disappointed in the pumpkin taco, but enjoyed the shrimp and gringo. BYOB added...a fun flare and the margaritas were made strong.More

Great meals, authentic, cooked to order in pleasant surroundings and very personable waitstaff. Home made unsalted chips that seem more baked than the usual deep fried. BYO, pleanty of food, you don't leave there hungry.

Nicely decorated in a Mexican style, tiles on the walls, pleasant waitstaff, seats a large number of people in a number of different rooms, ask for the room off the kitchen instead of main dining room- meal accompanied by home made chips with mild or...hot salza. Bring your own tequila and they have a margarita mix to accompany it. Everything is cooked to order. We keep returning.More

Great meal. A fantastic chicken molle as well as a salmon dinner. Cooked to taste and freshly prepared on order. It is as good as any Mexican meal that I have had in fine restaurants in Mexico.

Every time I've gone, they've inattentive and rude wait staff. The first time I went, we saw the waitress twice. Being with a large group, we had questions and they absolutely were not getting answers because we barely saw the waitress. Instead we either had...to figure it out on our own or just move on to order something different. Another time, one of my friends ordered a beverage that was WAY too spicy for her liking and when she asked the waitress, the girl said "We can't refund it. I made myself perfectly clear when I told her what was in the drink". If that had been the case, it wouldn't have been so alarming, but it was. So how clear didn't you make yourself? Unaware of what time they closed (we should've checked, I know), the waitress came over while we were in the middle of the meals they'd just brought to us, she tells us that they're closing in five minutes. So, 8 people have to hurry up and eat in five minutes. Not to mention the people who came in TEN minutes before closing still got served. That's what we got when we got attentive waitresses. This place is forever ruined because of the waitstaff. Food is delicious but staff needs retraining or replacement.More

Food cooked to order. It's what I would find in a Mexican town. Traditional dishes such as aroz con pollo, mole poblano and traditional Mexican soups. They start you off with home made chips and salsa.

I have had dinner here many times and all my experiences were on a weekday or early Friday evening in the summer. It was a terrible experience for dinner on November 4, 2017. First off, we had a reservation for a specific location in the...restaurant. Instead, we were seated by the door and told that a group of 16 were in the room and we could not be seated. Okay not happy but things happen. We ordered guacamole and plantains for the table. The first round of guacamole was fine the second was literally just half of an avocado.. The first plantain was the size of a thumb and the next two normal size. The price was not different. My husband ordered shrimp and the dish came with no shrimp at ll- the explanation they forgot. I ordered a skirt steak rare. Not only was it well done but it was such a poor quality of meat that it was not edible. One person at the table ordered a steak medium rare it was not medium rare.We brought tequila and ordered mango margaritas -which was simply mango juice The steak went back and I ordered pork tacos which were good. For four people with tip $137.00. I could have had better food at a street vendor. Maybe I will try again on a summer night in the evening.More

The food my wife and I had at Las Cazuelas was the best authentic Mexican food I have had since I studied in Mexico City. I ordered the Cochinita Pibil which is shredded pork in an ancho chile seasoning served with Mexican rice, plantains and...refried black beans. My wife had the Enchiladas Congritas which is shrimp, crab and cochito cheese enchiladas in a mole verde sauce and served with rice and seasoned vegetables. Both were well prepared, beautifully presented and delicious. Service was exceptional and friendly. The restaurant is small and cozy. We asked for a beer but the restaurant is BYOB, which was unfortunate but did not diminish the meal. This was a fantastic meal.More

so so good. OMG!. my girlfriend had the Los Dos Ceviches (presentation was fabulous) and I had the chicken quesadilla (stuffed to the brim with chicken) and also the Platano Yucateco. Sweet plantain stuffed with ground beef picadillo, topped with jalapeno cheese with meat and...cheese. so delicious. We used a Groupon with no problem, and also they took our order and served us in no time at all. Quick courteous service. Will make this my favorite Mexican restaurant from now on.More

I visited with my daughter and was hoping for some authentic Latin American food or good "Americanized Mexican" but got neither. It felt like they were trying to be interesting but failed to be good. My sea food enchalladas were soggy with a creamy verde...sauce that still manages to be taistless. My daughter tacos were a little better but still low on flavor. To make matters worse, our wait staff acted as if our presence was cutting into her free time. Too bad as I was hoping for something better.More
