Had dinner here recently and had a wonderful experience. It was a busy Saturday night and we had reservations, which I recommend because the restaurant is small. The food was great and although a la carte, the portions were filling. We shared sides as they...More

We had an overall good, but not great, experience. I thought it was a bit over-priced for the servings (e.g., the side dishes were very expensive). The food was very tasty; while I enjoyed it, The service was fairly slow. I probably wouldn't go back.

This is the best kept secret for cheesesteaks in Philly! Skip the lines at the tourist recommendations and get a Philly cheesesteak at Marmonts. It's only open during the day on the weekends but this was the best Philly cheesesteaks we have ever had.

The steak we had here was perfect, very tasty and well-prepared. Also the mashed potatoes were delicious. I'm not sure about the seafood here however, that's why this gets 4 stars only. The calamari we had was overcooked. But definitely come here for steak!

Our steaks were cooked to perfection. If you miss the crab bisque you have missed something wonderful. If we ever get back to Philly this will top our list of eating options.

Description
Unlike traditional steakhouses, Marmont balances a casual dining experience with exceptional quality. Choose from seven generous cuts, even customize your cut. All steaks are hand carved in house. Discover our 22oz Rib eye, and savor our Filet Oscar, a center cut filet topped with jumbo lump crab, fresh asparagus and hollandaise. Executive Chef Jorge Pacheco has crafted a menu full of unique salads, exciting daily specials, and homemade desserts. We also import the best seafood. Try our legendary crab bisque or the ‘catch of the day.’ Our reasonably priced international wine list will perfectly complement your experience. When the weather is nice, dine or relax outside with local award winning craft beer or one of 30 martinis, right in the heart of old city.
