We had an early, mid-week dinner in the Alma De Cuba lounge. The sea scallops with ham, crab and corn quinoa entree was exceptional, especially when its flavors were complimented by a side of coffee roasted carrot puree. The hostess and wait staff were gracious,...More

While in Philadelphia with my family in late May, we decided to have dinner at a restaurant highly recommended by friends. Briefly put, we were all very impressed. The restaurant was conveniently located in the centre of town and adjacent to a number of hotels....More

I've been going there for over 7 years. From the mojito classic, at happy hour make it a double, to the fish tacos to the roast pork, the place is superb. The ambience is modern yet traditional Havana. The staff is attractive and efficient. You...More

My wife and I found Alma de Cuba a few years ago, and return at least once a year to enjoy the ambience and food. We love sitting in the main floor lounge sipping on black cherry caipirhinis (outstanding, by the way). Later, we have...More

Delicious restaurant serving great, yet quite heavy, Cuban food. The restaurant's atmosphere is a bit dark and noisy; however a great location for a serious discussion with business partners.

We went here last week for our anniversary. It's a very nice restaurant part of the Starr restaurant group. There is no valet parking, I parked in garage around the street. It's a 3 floor restaurant with steep stairs. If you have trouble with stairs...More

Conveniently located to Rittenhouse square, the restaurant has a comfortable bar downstairs and tables downstairs and upstairs. Starters available at the bar with drinks. Restaurant service is knowledgeable and attentive. Varied menu has lots of good choices. Would return next time I'm in that area.

Yes - but I have not ordered wine in my three visits. I usually expect this as a standard at my favorites, but their Cuban/Caribbean drinks are so great... I never thought about it. Nor did my many guests.
Hi Unfun, Would you say casual dress, dressy casual or dressy? Thank you and Happy New Year!

Dressy casual is fine, but you wouldn't be out of place if you were dressed up.
