Fette Sau may be one of the most hipster new restaurants in Fishtown, but they also understand the basics... delicious food, large quantities, and a relaxed atmosphere. I've been to Fette Sau multiple times and have never been disappointed. Choose a few types of meat to try and also recommend purchasing a few sides. Best when shared!

This was our second visit to Fette Sau in fishtown in the past month and both were great. The BBQ is delicious with many varieties to fit everyones likes. The atmosphere is perfect for the food and the location. The drinks are outstanding and a great deal at happy hour which is why the place is so crowded.

I am from the south and i have to admit, this is phenomenal barbq. The building is very unique, sort of like a meat market vibe. The staff are very friendly. The prices are decent. I highly recommend this place if you love barbq!!!

This place is heaven for all those who love BBQ. I mean there's meat choices with sides by the weight. This is definitely a carnivore's paradise. Great atmosphere with indoor and partial outdoor seating.

Fette Sau - Fishtown. It's a bit more expensive than the average BBQ lunch, especially for a cafeteria style service, but the quality of the ingredients, and the execution of the preparation make up for it. Started out with a 1/2 lb. of Niman Ranch Prime brisket, 1/4 lb. of pulled Duroc pork, 1/4 lb. of Duroc pork belly, one... More

While visiting our son in Philly we to;ld him we had a yen for BBQ ribs and he told us Fette Sau had the best. They have a small menu which apparently changes. It is self srvice and you order at the counter. Meat is dry rubbed and is sold by the pound. I found this very confusing but the... More

Took my second trip here this past weekend. Ordered tons of pulled pork, mac and cheese and pickles. Fun vibe, good beer. The line can be a bit long and food is a bit pricey

I thought this "hip" place was expensive for what one got, although the portions were large. I would not return.
