Right near independence hall good restaurant and bar. cheese steak was very good but was $19. Twice the price of Phil's or Ginos. Great and friendly service.

This is the breakfast go to or the place to end the evening with a night cap. Food is simple and atmosphere is good

What a great place! Great atmosphere and super food. From the mussels to the burger....fabulous experience. We had the sweetest waiter, Liam! We will be back because of him. Oh and don't forget the chocolate custard for dessert... AMAZING!

Food, drinks and service are always great. I usually arrive to the Hotel Monaco early and my room is not always ready so popping in here is an added bonus to my trip. Highly recommend

I enjoyed wonderful steak tartar when there. Obviously raw beef is gluten free! Chef Jorge Chicas is extremely talented, Like any good chef he should be able to accommodate dietary issues like yours.
