This is a farm to table place that does not serve alcohol. It is BYOB. Small place that serves decent food. I did not enjoy the meal as much - the dishes were not great. The ambience was ok at best. For the price that they charge, I would have expected a lot more. Not too many vegetarian options.

Visited this pleasant small BYOB eatery on a Sunday afternoon. Enjoyed several small plates split between two of us, which were quite delicious but very much on the high end for pricing. If you BYO, expect to pay about $20 per plate on average. The fluke plate was exceptional.

Had a great experience at this restaurant. Nothing fancy on the inside, but still respectable. Service was quite good and we never felt rushed or forgotten. The menu changes frequently so it's kind of a surprise as to what you might discover. We shared two appetizers and each had a main course and shared a dessert. We were both comfortably... More

We had a fabulous evening Friday! The venue is small, intimate and warm . The staff is extremely lovely and accommodating. The menu is all farm to table so changes daily. There are about 6 starters and maybe 7 entrees including fish, chicken, perhaps lamb and beef. We shared homemade gnocchi in a stinging nettle sauce with paper thin house... More

There were 4 of us for dinner on Saturday night. I had read reviews that claimed Russet had very slow service. Well - they've gone the other way now. I felt like we were having a speed-eating contest. It was BYOB, and we hadn't had 3 sips of our wine when the first course arrived. Those plates were barely finished,... More

Just had dinner at Russet this evening with friends. We enjoyed our meals. Interesting menu and lots of good local ingredients. Very reasonable bill for the quality of food.

The restaurant has a lovely ambience, decorated nicely with soothing colors. It is very close to the Kimmel Center, the Wilma, the Academy of Music among others. It's wonderful that its a BYOB. The salmon I had was positively delectable as was the squash soup. Each of our 4 entrees was a home run! There was not one morsel left... More

Seriously, you pay way too much for the miniscule portions. I was truly offended. Will never return.

How much you like this restaurant will depend a lot on what you order. It's a small menu and the offerings change frequently. So I can't say to you get this appetizer or that entree and you'll be fine. Every meal is a crapshoot. My app of an autumn lettuce salad was disappointing. The pears were flavorless, the walnut vinaigrette... More

Decent restaurant. Good foot prepared in an upscale New American style. Not many choices. BYOB which is always great. Wait staff were professional and obtrusive, but down to earth. Nice lighting in the restaurant. Food was decent for the price
