The hotel is currently under construction, but we still managed to have a great time. The food was excellent.

We went there for Christmas dinner. It was a pre-fixed holiday meal. There was no kids menu. My boys had to join us with the pre-fixed meal. The lobster bisque was great. The rest of the meal was about 3 out of 5 stars.
I was here for lunch with colleagues. The space is very beautiful and the ambiance is relaxed and calm. The service was friendly enough and quick. But the food was underwhelming. There wasn't anything special to the menu. I had a burger and I could have had it elsewhere just as good but cheaper.
I chose this restaurant for my birthday with the family. When we arrived, we were a little taken aback because the seating is pretty much in the lobby of the hotel Meridien, with no designation or sign leading to the restaurant. There was, however, a cozy fireplace which looked and felt welcoming. The server was condescending and flip, but the... More
I have stayed at the hotel once, and this is how I found this place about a year ago. Today I was I Philadelphia again and had to get the Lobster bouillabaisse, and it was great. Surprising few people, so the waiters are very attentive. A bit pricy, but so are many similar restaurants. I will be back
I had a business breakfast here. The service was great. The food choices were good, too. Everything from eggs to french toast to omelettes. We were going to make it easy on the server and have him split the check evenly 6 ways. Instead, he wanted to split by person, so I thought that was nice of him to do... More
The food was mediocre at best and the service was subpar so if you are in this area find another place to eat! The skate that I ordered had a funky taste to it so they replaced it with a cheap peace of flank steak which was no better but at least edible. Deserts had so much sugar that you... More
During Restaurant Week in Philly, the participating restaurants usually provide a simpler menu with smaller portions. Often those portions are so small that I call them "a tasting menu," because I leave the restaurant feeling hungry and somewhat cheated. This was NOT the case at Amuse, where four of us had dinner during this month's Restaurant Week. My husband and... More
Ate lunch there and food and service were both good. Ambience is lacking but menu at both the bar and the restaurant were interesting and the appetizers were good. Would recommend the restaurant as good if one desires to eat at the hotel while staying there....This is a convenience location rather than a destination restaurant.
