We enjoyed the fresh bread basket, particularly the cranberry and walnut bread with whipped butter. We even bought a loaf to take home. My mom and I split the hanger steak with fries. It was cooked perfectly. The fries were very good. The mayo sauce neither of us cared for- tasted of heavy anchovies. The green salad was delicious. My husband enjoyed his trout with almonds. The 1/2 carafe of white wine was not good, order wine by the glass and you will have better luck. My mom enjoyed her red wine... server very efficient- the greeters and other helpers were so very welcoming and pleasant! Thank you!!!

My son booked this restaurant a month in advance for 5/15/21 and requested an outside booth for 6 people which we were told would be available, When we arrived at our reserved time of 8.15 we were told we woud be seated shortly. After waiting 45 minutes we were offered a table outside on the street - we watched others being seated in the cubicles way before us. When we asked the hostess about this she said she hadn't been the one at the front to tell us our table would be ready shortly and that they were three people short and they were very busy! We eventually got seated in a cubicle and were served with complimentary appetisers which was a very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. The food was good but the service was terrible. We asked for a second bottle of wine but it never arrived and we'd finished our meal before wait staff reappeared. The wait staff seemed totally disinterested in us and as we were there until nearly midnight we witnessed the tables being stacked for the night. My son had carefully selected a number of his most favourite restaurants in PHL as this was our first visit here. He was so disappointed. The location is of course lovely and we hope to revisit when Covid has settled down and perhaps the restaurant has been able to train some new staff.

The atmosphere is lively, food always delicious and servers knowledgable and attentive. Not too loud, wine list great for a French bistro - typical dinner for us in St. Barts or coast of France - onion soup and Mussels with white wine and garlic. Never disappointed here - 2nd visit and perfect each time.

I liked the upbeat atmosphere, even as early as 6pm, the place was packed! The service was good, but not exceptional. We have mixed reviews on the food. The bread was great. I had the duck and thought it was perfectly cooked with the right amount of flavors. My husband had the lobster frites. The lobster was over seasoned which kills the texture of lobster and the fries were over salted (and we love salty fries). This place clearly caters to tables of 4 or more. All of the 2-tops were tucked into tight corners too close together, or in spaces that I would consider to be hallways. Go here with a group, great for atmosphere, and hope you ordered something good.

We made reservations for brunch on Sunday and were blown away at how adorable the place was inside. You were transported to Paris the moment the you walked in. We ordered the breakfast pastries, mushroom soup, eggs Benedict, croque madam and an order of fresh fruit. Everything we tasted was exquisite! We also had a caramel latte and a hot cocoa. Both were great. Truly a wonderful place to stop.

My family and I love Parc!! We have visited this restaurant many times over the years and have always enjoyed it. On this visit we sat outside since that is currently the only option available. It was hot but it was nice to sit outside and it wasn’t too loud. Of course we started out with the bread basket which was amazing! It came with brown bread, baguette, and cranberry walnut bread. All were great but my favorite was the cranberry walnut bread. The whipped butter was great with it too. We started with the salmon tartare and a tomato tart. The salmon tartare was pretty good but a little bland. The tomato tart was amazing!! It was so flaky and buttery and had the perfect amount of cheese and had perfectly crispy yet moist tomatoes. For my meal I had the steak frites. The steak with the herb butter was delicious and the fries were perfectly crispy and salty. My family had the sea bass and the moules frites. They enjoyed both very much. We also shared the Mac and cheese which was delicious. Creamy and crispy on top. The cheese was a blend of gruyere and a few others which was delicious. For dessert we had the chocolate pot de creme which I really enjoyed. It had chocolate mousse, flourless chocolate cake, and whipped cream. All the elements were delicious. They also wrote happy birthday in chocolate which was a nice touch. Overall it was a great meal and I will without a doubt be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of dining at Parc Brasserie. Although on the list, many locals we chatted with indicated this was a ‘must do’ and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was comfortable, food wonderful (especially the mushroom soup! WOW!!) and drinks great ~ it was the impeccable service we received that made it memorable. Rita was truly outstanding! She guided us through the menu and offered suggestions based on things we mentioned, gave additional history about the restaurant & location and made this the best experience of our trip! It truly is a ‘must do’!!

Sadly Parc has slipped even further into a culinary wasteland, not to mention the rudeness of the floor management. Its prices keep rising and the food quality and preparation keeps falling. At one time they had a not bad americanization of a French bistro, but even then took few chances on educating the American palate to enjoy France's bistro fare. No veal kidneys, no sweetbreads, no rabbit. If you like your steaks chewy and tough, and think surly is only a characteristic of Parisian restaurant management look no further.

It been ages since I have dined at this fine establishment and I was extremely impressed with the offerings, execution and fine service. Since it was Reunion luncheon with old I apologized for not including photos. The bread basket was filled with crisp, tasty delights, which we enjoyed while perusing the menu. The wine is expensive with healthy markups so opted for a bottle of Pouilly Fume at $80 to accompany our meal, which was balanced, flavorful and long. Our Tuna Nicouse salads were ample and delicious, priced at $20. Though the restaurant was crowded inside and out, our server was attentive, personable and highly professional. I regret not getting his name to honor him in this review. It is worth an initial and return visit! Highly Recommended!

The food was fabulous, beginning with the dense, chewy rolls and bread and Roasted Carrot and Beet Salad my companion and I shared. We also shared our entrees- the Lobster Risotto and Trout Almondine. The lobster risotto was better than expected - some risotto dishes can be too heavy, rich and gooey. This was not that way at all. My trout was smothered in buttery toasted almonds - wonderful. And the Moelleux Au Chocolat dessert was also excellent. However, we were crammed in a corner table next to a very loud party. It was a Wednesday evening but the place was packed and every table was full. Tables are squeezed in close together and along every corridor they can possibly fit a table and chairs. We were exhausted and hoarse from trying to speak to each other by the time we left. Lovely decor, overwhelming noice.

We've been to Parc for brunch and lunch, but we made a special trip for Valentine's Day dinner this year. Thank you Kevin for squeezing us in! Our waiter Breslin was spot-on, giving us wonderful suggestions for wine parings with our meal, as well as checking in with us to ensure we had a lovely evening. The room was packed, but we were never rushed. The food was sublime and the bartender made a wicked Cosmo! We will be back!!

I was invited here for brunch. It was a beautiful summer day. People who passers-by the entire hour & a half that we dined. The people-watching was entertaining ! This brasserie has a nice outdoor space, but we chose to eat inside because it was about 90 degrees that day. My host ordered the salade nicoise & seemed to enjoy it, although I never would have ordered it, unless the tuna was fresh (not canned). I ordered the moules (mussels) which were served in a delicious white wine broth. Their bread is excellent, and of course I overdid it on dunking the bread in the broth ! My moules came with "frites" which also made their way into the broth ! All in all, it was filling & delicious. I didn't check the price because I was being treated, but I suspect my mussels dish was in the range of $30-35? Service was very good. Indoor ambience also very nice.

I haven’t been inside a restaurant in a year and a half. I was hardly inside this one. They had or Open-table had lost track of my reservation, no matter, they gave me a perfect spot on the edge of outside, as good as outside. I had the speciality of the day, duck and cherries, and it was superb. You need a side dish, and I ordered mashed potatoes, no less superb. This is glorious food, but it is pricey, and if you don’t watch yourself it will be close to $100. a head. They make a sazerac, which is not listed publicly, but always there, and the different bartenders make it ever so differently. It’s $18., but do it again next time you’re there to enjoy it another way: the smoothest cocktail in Creation. I had a very inattentive waitress, but that was probably because my reservation had got lost, and she wasn’t braced for me to be there. It’s a busy place, so reserve and consider that it is costly and good.

This restaurant seems to have fallen victim to the same curse as several other surviving establishments. They are having huge challenges hiring staff. Perhaps they should consider cutting down the number of tables in their outside dining area or raise their prices by 15 percent so that they can afford to staff up. The Nicois salad was incredible the rare rack of lamb I ordered (2 small chops) was served well done in between courses I went to the mens room for a brief moment and when I returned my wine glass that was half drank was taken along with my napkin and cutlery. My entree came as soon as returned I asked the server for another napkin and fork. The fork came immediately the napkin when I was just about finished and the wine was replaced ( free of charge) at the end of the meal. If this was my business I would do something to protect my brand.

The bistro atmosphere, delicious food and also care about vaccination status make this our new favorite. The food is fresh and beautifully prepared and presented. My pasta primavera had vegetables cooked perfectly, and I could taste each one. Portions are healthy and share-able. In fact, be careful - everything looks so good that it's easy to over-order. These days I always mention noise in reviews; really loud noise means don't come again. I found the background music a bit loud and mentioned it to our very attentive waiter, and he said he wasn't sure but would see what he could do. Seems it got somewhat quieter afterward. When I later was complimenting him to a manager, she said some like the music loud enough so nearby tables can't hear conversations. But seems to be it could also work that louder music means louder conversations, still heard. We appreciated the effort at Parc. Though we live in the suburbs, it's becoming our birthday tradition to come into town and celebrate with a meal at Parc.
