We want to love this place, we really do, but we've been coming to Mammoth for 3 years now and Lakanuki just isn't getting any better. In fact, I'm convinced it was better before. The drinks are pretty good and they have the most TV's in the Village. It's just not enough to carry this place.

We ate here on our first night in Mammoth. The food was excellent. The staff were really helpful and friendly and we had a great night.

Decent food, good ambiance. The waitress was very friendly. Food service was fast enough but not rushed. Order was delivered correctly.

Came here as we arrived into Mammoth Lakes. I got the Lakanuki Burger, tasty, nothing special though. Also had a nice beer. Girlfriend got nachos, which were huge! Nice place, but, nothing special

The food was ok here, and the drinks were nice. As we sat down the guy at the bar said that we'd just made it for happy hour with two mins to spare, but the waitress/manager (who's attitude was a bit brisk) said that we'd just missed it. When queried she said that it ran til 6. On well, we... More

Great deals on drinks for Happy Hour like $4 Mai Tais and Margaritas and they do not skimp on the liquor. Also good happy hour food.

After having dinner at another nearby restaurant and not really enjoying it, we decided to walk in and get a drink before walking back to our hotel. It was quiet for a Monday night so we sat at the bar and ordered a cadillac margarita and a beer. The bartender carded us even though we are 10 years over the... More

We went here after skiing in February with two couples and our children. Very busy, but we were able to find a table. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. They also helped with menu selections for the kids and got their food out quickly - as they were beginning to get grumpy. Overall the food quality is very... More

Maybe there was something in the air, but everything at this place was just awful. First of all, we were at a long table between the bar and the door (in that section). Not only did the waitresses keep bumping into us, but everyone who walked past our table kept hitting the person in the chair on the end. It... More

We had the opportunity to eat here twice during our last visit and were pleasantly surprised by how awesome the food was. We hosted my husband's birthday here and were really happy with the service. Try the salmon, it's delicious!
