We had spent a couple of hours wandering around Bethlehem, and pulled into the Brew Works for lunch. It is at Main and Broad Streets, in the historic and commercial center of town. The atmosphere is cleverly industrial: lots of galvanized pipe and steel with enough wood to be comfortable. The service was excellent; our waitress introduced herself promptly, made... More

Philly cheesesteak spring rolls were awesome. Pulled pork was great too. Always a good meal. A little loud sometimes and tables packed together but go on an off time. Friendly service

I love the Brew Works. The food is great, craft beers, and atmosphere are awesome. Great bar for weekend nights out & great spot for lunch with coworkers during the week. Love it here.

This place is worth checking out. You just try the pretzels with the beer cheese sauce.... so good. I can't account for the rest of the menu, but the drinks were pretty good. Fantastic happy hour prices. Good atmosphere.

$3 best seller beers and $5 appetizers. I enjoyed the pretzel app with a tasty IPA called ESB. Service was prompt and polite.

We decided to give this place a try as we were passing through for the night in this small town. We found the food to be fairly basic, but excellently prepared and very tasty. Well paired with a good selection of brews made on the premises. If I was a local, this would be a regular stop for me.

The food and beverage service is excellent, the food is served hot and without a lot of waiting. The servers are super friendly. Anything on the menu is sure to please! Il''... More

After an enjoyable bike ride from Easton to Bethlehem along the banks of the Lehigh River, we pedaled up the hill on Main Street and parked our bikes in front of the Bethlehem Brew Works. Lunch and a few beers was foremost on our minds. The beer menu was extensive, but fortunately our waitress, Kaleigh, really knows her beers. She... More

We ate lunch here before checking into our casino room. The beer sampler was very nice and very good. The Reuben was delicious and my salad was superb.

Established on April 15, 1998 by the Fegley Family, the Bethlehem Brew Works successfully captured the essence of Bethlehem’s steel industry in a 250 seat brewpub. Accompanying the handcrafted beers brewed right in the restaurant is a full bar specializing in single malt scotches, small batch bourbons, and specialty martinis.
