Amazing find!!

Omgoodness this place didn't disappoint. We arrived late night from Houston and needed a late night meal. We started with the gochu hop chicken wings (spicy, sweet, perfect balance and ratio to chicken). Along with the gochu chickenwich, the bacon egg burger, and French fries. I'll always eat here!

Tasty food and drink

Tremendous amount of drink and beer selections. The food is a smaller menu. We ordered pork and beef tacos and they were delicious! The smoked pepper had distinct smoky flavor with a slow spice hotness. Somewhat of a roadhouse scene.

A Legit Gastropub - Not Just "A Bar With Barfood"

You want to know how to tell a place cares about the quality of its beer? They flush the lines to the tap - not just when they swap the keg. These folks flush their lines regularly through the shift! Oh, and not to mention they do it on all of their 20+ brews on draft. And not to mention their delicious food (the sweet potato fries are great, but the Brussel sprouts are INCREDIBLE).

First Visit; Will Visit Again!

Great vegetarian menu. Had the brussels sprouts, cauliflower wings, veggie monk/burger, pineapple downside up pancakes; all of which were great. Also a wonderful selection of beers. The staff wore masks and with the entire dining area being open to the outdoors, it felt safe from a COVID-19 perspective. Great atmosphere.

Hands down my fav place.

Often my starting place for a weekend fun. Atmospherics are great. NO TVs which is awesome, It makes you have a conversation. Craft Beer options are great. Extensive variety. I’m a big porter/stout guy, they always deliver. They even have some fruity beers/ciders. Patio is great. Indoor is better. Food is as great as their beer selection. Overall 10/10.

Try this place out if you like beer

Went here with my wife, my son and his wife at my son’s recommendation. The service was great even though they were busy. The food was well prepared and timely. The beer menu extensive. A very good experience

Wow! Very impressed with the beer and drink selection. Great service. And the food, OMG simply some of the best. Strongly recommend the Blue Fox Burger. Looking forward to returning.

Pre game must

If headed towards UTEP for a basketball game, soccer game or even a football game The Hoppy Monk is the place to get pre-game mojo up to speed. Amazingly great bar food along with a wide variety of carft beer's to quench your thirst. Great place to take your out of town guests as well.

Nice servers, but after a long, long wait, we were told that our order got lost. When the food finally came, it was not good, especially the Mexican plates. Fancy looking plates with no flavor at all!

Great beers, great staff

Beers are always changing and the selection is great! There are three places in El Paso to go if you love beer. Blazing Tree Brewery, Hoppy Monk, and Tin Man.

Great Selection, Definitely Recommend It

We went here on a Sunday, which has a limited brunch menu. I probably would avoid going on a Sunday again, mainly because I wanted a larger food selection. The beer selection is great, with craft beers from all over the US. If you aren't a fan of their premade flights, you can create your own. The only real drawback I saw here was the small portion size for the price. That being said, the food is very high quality and delicious. I'll be going back soon!
