Very well done restaurant specializing in small sharing plates. Fairly small and not as hip as Beauty & Essex (their sister restaurant) but a nice atmosphere. Very good staff and welcome with decent prices. Good wine list and cocktails - nothing I can think of...More

Restaurant with a difference, lively place, music and packed in so a busy atmosphere, food was delicious, described to me as American Tapas, quite pricey for smaller food portions but tasted great and service was friendly

The location is cool and we loved the small plates all shared! We had the Kobe sliders and mini lobster rolls, cucumber fries, milkshake cake batter shots and more! I like the Tuna and sticki rice and mini perogies. Its a fun night!

Fantastic food, drinks and service. A great spot for sharing tapas dishes. Food was so flavourful- and great vegetarian options. Fun selection of cocktail including a birthday cake shot for dessert at the end of the night. Fun atmosphere!!

It's difficult to be 100% good when you try to have Peruvian, Japanese, French and American cuisine in the same menu. Better concentrate your efforts on being good in a particular cuisine. Having clear basis you can be able to go deeper and innovate to...More

Food and service were good. The waitress explained the dishes were meant for sharing and suggested 4 to 6 items. There were two of us and 4 dishes were more than enough. The octopus salad was served warm, which was a nice surprise. It was...More

Description
Chef/owner Chris Santos has teamed up with Tao owner Richard Wolf, and the James Beard 'Best New Restaurant Design' award winning firm AvroKo, to create The Stanton Social, a staple and neighborhood favorite of the Lower East Side.

The design of this three level hot spot tips it's hat to the neighborhood's garment history and offers diners a culinary odyssey. All menu items are designed for sharing, offering guests a chance to experience multiple dishes and flavors throughout their meal. In addition to its 120 seats, The Stanton Social offers a lounge and bar on the upper level, featuring guest DJs. Dishes range from $9-$30 each.
